We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaBy far the worst hotel in puri. Sub standard rooms , high prices , no customer service and dirty bed-sheets and unclean bathrooms, is not something you want to stay there
One of the worst hotel in Puri. The receptionist at the front does not know what is customer service. When we asked about direction to the hotel , she was more concerned about payment and did not even provide directions to the property without any payment details provided upfront. Beds were not cleaned at least 5/6 previous guests and you can imagine how dirty would be the bed-sheets. We had to sleep on the dirty bedsheets on first night we checked in. On subsequent day when we enquired what was the last time bed-sheets were changed , reception shamelessly suggested that unless customers complain we dont change the bedsheets. Just imagine …. Electric power keeps on fluctuating throughout the night and if someone is not available to start alternate power provision then rest assured you are spending night wothout fan /ac in such hot and humid conditions The hotel doesn’t even provide a single bottle of water without changing the customer Complementary breakfast is the worst , after first night stay the complementary breakfast has poori and sabji / allo paratha. I believe if you are able to pay then you can have decent breakfast outside. Breakfast was horrible with soggy allo paratha and tasteless poori / sabji. One the day we checked out they took the order for complementary breakfast from previous night but was not served. Rather they expected us to check out early. Breakfast was not something we wanted to have anyway but you can see the mentality of hotel staff. I have never seen such horrible customer service in a hotel

IndiaDidn't like anything.. rooms were unclean.. bathroom was in horrible condition.. bedsheets were stained and torn.. curtains were very dirty.. The staff were understanding and cleaned the washrooms and changed the bedsheets on Day 2.
