When we entered the room, it was smelling bad with Cigarette Smoke. There was an issue with Flush - No water was coming. It was fixed once and issue happened again so had to call again to fix.

Breakfast is very good. Location is very good. Staff is good.

The check-in wait time was very long, I reached by 11:55 and got the room at 1:20, almost took 1.5 hours to get a room. Granted I reached a bit earlier than the hotels check in time which is 2pm but I had requested for an early check in before hand in chat. However, I didn't get a reply to the message until after half hour of reaching the property. Also the staff kept saying I will get it in 5 mins or 10 mins each of the 4-5 times I had to ask them for a status on my room. Would have appreciated if they could have told me that it's going to take 1.5 hour and they don't have any rooms available for an early check in, so that instead of waiting and asking every 10mins at the lobby I could have gone and done something else which would have been productive and a better use of my time or perhaps gone to explore the nearby attractions of the city. Also there is a open sewer just beside the parking so that was kind of smelly + it seemed like there were construction activities going or something of that sort because I could hear labourers just outside my room window talking and working not sure if they were cleaning the windows from the outside or what but that created some unwanted noise disturbances and hindered my sleep in the afternoon. Felt like they were inside my room and talking to be honest, and it was like that for about 30-40 minutes in the afternoon.

1. The property was nice and aesthetic from the inside. 2. Rooms were fairly sized and had the basic amenities with a kettle and fridge which were useful. 3. The breakfast buffet menu had a lot of varieties and the food was nice.

1. The electricity got disconnected multiple times in the morning, sometimes the re-connection took over 15 minutes. 2. Requested was ice which was chargeable (Rs. 100/-). I don't mind paying but when you're staying at a good property, paying a premium, these little things should not be chargeable. 3. The central AC of the property was turned off.

Cleanliness and comfort wise it is excellent but service an communication is very poor and even we paid 70 % advance payment there was foce for fill payment the reception wS insisting again to make full payment which even 5 star hotels don't do

The staff could improve their approach and professionalism towards guests. The first impression- guards at gate behave as if it's a favor they are granting to let you park in their property. Then if it's a late checkout, you'd have to wake up the reception staff sleeping on a nearby sofa 😆 While checking out, I was asked to wait while they check my room, even though I was traveling without any luggage 😆. This was the first time I was asked at a hotel to wait till they check my room before letting me go. It's not at all a nice feeling waiting for people to give green signal that I haven't stolen anything or caused any damage to the property. I hope somebody at a director/officer level reads this review because over time this problem may cause loss to business. I'm giving 9 out of 10, simply because of value for money, and the kitchen staff who served me food.

It is amazing value for money. The rooms are exceptionally good considering the money paid. No outside noise in the room gives the calmness I think everybody is looking for in a hotel.

The mini fridge wasn't in working condition and the all out given to us was empty. There were a lot of mosquitoes, me and my sister couldn't sleep the entire night.

The breakfast was the highlight of my stay. We had a room with a great view.
