Very Friendly staff Salman and other 2 people, too. Good I felt like my old friends It's a very good location for shopping , near Railway Beach. Value for money Too good .. only my advice to them they need to do some minor repairs in door locks n plumbing inside Bath room

Unfortunately, it is a noisy place to stay (people inside the hotel, and outdoor noises) in early hours of the mornings but it is Mumbai so this wasn't a shock! The lock on our door was broken, so we could lock ourselves inside but could not secure our stuff from the outside - we trusted the staff and they have evident CCTV so we didn't make a fuss - BUT this trust was broken once we left the accommodation and came to write our review on Booking.com to see that the staff had posted a false review from my account, giving themselves a 10/10 review. This must have been done whilst I had handed my phone to staff for confirmation of booking purposes. If you look at the history of reviews with a smart eye you can notice that this has been done with many other guests. This is a breech of privacy and trust, and the hotel owners should seek to receive good reviews through honest means.

The staff were friendly and helpful, front desk open 24 hours with security cameras, location was great as there is a local Airtel shop nearby (great for foreigners who need an Indian Sim!), close to the airport and the Metro station, AC worked well, comfortable bed.

Not well-maintained, not that clean as shown in photos moreover just before you check in they clean the rooms ( all of the them). They charged Rs500 extra for early check-in without prior information.

Fan wasn’t working ..exhaust fan was not working ..water leaked on ceiling due to rain

Room boys are polite and helpful ..the help desk manager is sarcastic n rude . We stayed for 5 days all days booking on booking.com days free breakfast but no free breakfast and price booking .com said hotel didn’t agree for that ..they asked to pay 250-300 INR more for each day .

Today I went to the Booking.com website to see the review I wrote. Having stayed at this hotel twice, I was surprised and outraged to find that a review was written in my name for one of my stays. I find this method disgusting and despicable, no matter how it happened! I am transcribing this review and attaching the screen shot of the falsified one in my name, which I found here.

I wrote a detailed, comprehensive review of the accommodation, which you can read on this page. Date of stay February 21-22, 2023.

The hotel is located on an extremely busy and therefore noisy road, but it is easily accessible. Rákeresés erre a Google-on The first thing the receptionist did was to ask me for the amount to pay for the room, but he had to be disappointed because I didn't have enough cash with me, and they don't accept credit cards for payment. After I went to exchange money and came back, there was a nicer young man sitting there who understood that I wanted to get everything I paid for. Namely, a clean one instead of a dirty towel, and toilet paper and soap in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the photos of the hotel's rooms listed on the Booking.com website do not match the reality.

They are present on Boking.com in two different ways. One says Hotel Amfahh by WB Inn, the other says UGo Stay 001 Hotel Amfahh - Andheri West. I booked a room by clicking on the second one, because the evaluation according to the other name was tragic. It is definitely important to mention that not only did they confirm my early arrival, but I got to the hotel even earlier than expected and they immediately cleaned a room for me to occupy. When I came back here for one night a few days later, the situation was similar, but they had no objection to me taking my room earlier. The nicest and most helpful member of the staff was that one guy who did the cleaning and any other work involving concrete physical action. I even got water on my second visit! The WiFi worked well, breakfast was acceptable. Otherwise, I didn't feel bad at the accommodation, and compared to the prices in Mumbai, the hotel was not very expensive.
