United KingdomLiterally all was insane, the only thing to comment was the menus being on iPads was a bit annoying. And we only had one iPad for both of us. I think it is the hotel trying to be modern and move away from paper. However, something of this level, and this classy, this sadly detracts from that. If I was to receive an iPad for a menu In the Ritz in London - I would be shocked. And this is that level. A nice leather bound menu would be more appropriate.
The most incredible 24 hours here. The fabulous royal welcome and horse drawn carriage and music was an amazing experience. The staff were all amazingly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Dheeraj in particular was such a honey!! The room was just beautiful and everything honestly insane. They even had printed out a proposed itinerary of what we could do including a walk around the ground, prayer in the temple and yoga in the morning. Everything was super and definitely recommend. For somewhere so high level, you still felt like you experienced the culture as wel. It was fab. Food also was delish!!!

A special shoutout to Mr. Bhavesh, who took it upon himself to arrange a delightful walk for my father. His commitment and dedication to ensuring our utmost comfort were truly commendable. Ms. Aarushi's personal touch in organizing a drawing and coloring activity for our kid added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. The culinary delights served were a feast for the senses - the food and tea were beyond delicious. Our rooms were not just accommodations; they were cocoons of comfort, with beds so cozy that every night was a restful retreat. Ms. Riya, always at our beck and call, ensured that our requests were promptly and efficiently taken care of. The ambiance of the palace is nothing short of regal. With two temples within the premises, the atmosphere exuded peace and spirituality, making us feel like Maharajas in our own right. To top it off, the horse cart riding experience for our son was an absolute delight, adding an extra layer of joy to our stay. In summary, Taj Usha Kiran Palace doesn't just provide accommodation; it crafts an immersive experience that goes above and beyond expectations. Because it was so incredibly hot in Gwalior we would go sightseeing early and rush back to the hotel and especially the pool. Nitin and the other people at the pool were extremely nice. Meals and especially breakfast were great. We absolutely loved the hotel.

IndiaBar tender need to serve cocktails better. But may be we had one exception when the a cocktail was not upto standard ;but on pointing out the replaced drink was perfect Rooms should have detail booklet informing of all hotel facilities
Good ambience. Room given was of very good size. though I saw some smaller rooms . The Amenities in the room was very good. Some items like TV remote, AC needed some maintenance but the mechanic came quick upon telephone to Reception . Bathroom was excellent. Breakfast and Lunch /Dinner was great in taste and the manager very helpful. Reception staff very friendly.
