Bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner and the drain smelled every evening but the smell went away after an hour or so, we just kept the bathroom door shut.

Breakfast was pretty nice. Bed was huge, soft and comfortable. We were able to cast our phone to the TV to watch something. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did laundry there, it was 30rp for a large item and 20rp for a small item which we found quite expensive compared to other places we've had laundry. Location was good, walking distance to everywhere you'd want to visit.

The guys at reception were so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and as described and everything was within easy walking distance. They provided good information about Holi festivities. The rooftop was nice for breakfast and the pool was clean

This was our favorite stay in Udaipur. We were there during Holi and our hosts invited us to share in their family/neighborhood celebration. They took very good care of us from the moment we got there, and even helped us find another homestay when we wanted to extend but they were fully booked. We will absolutely stay there again if we return.

There is a small pool but you really wouldn't want to swim in it.

This haveli is in the old town, in a quiet location but close enough to walk to many places such as the City Palace. The room we had was beautifully decorated with wall art, with a big bathroom and a comfortable bed, it was very clean and had coffee, tea etc. The staff are really nice people. A couple of things to note, there are quite a lot of stairs and no lift. Also, from the airport you take a taxi to the edge of the old town then move to a tuk tuk, as no four wheeled vehicles can negotiate the narrow lanes.

An amazing place to stay, lovely clean rooms, beautifully decorated just as the pictures. The staff and owner manager are superb and will help with anything and book buses. The breakfast is superb and so much choice, you eat on an amazing roof terrace. We loved our stay here and extended to more days.

Our room on arrival was not clean. The bathroom sink tap was broken, the toilet seat was broken, the duvet was not clean and towels had holes in them. Only 2 sachets of shampoo were provided. No soap. Tea and coffee sachets hadn't been replenished on arrival. However once the bedding had been changed and tea and coffee provided we were able to have a more comfortable stay. Attention to cleanliness in the room, bathroom, outside switches etc needs to improve. Hopefully these issues will be addressed allowing for a higher score.

The location of the haveli was very good and it had a nice roof terrace where breakfast was served. The size of the room and bathroom were good. Good value for the price. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was reasonable.

Excellent service of Mr.praful paliwal kanoj....He was very helpful during our stay Other staff also very nice.Hotel environment was peaceful.Lake pichola nearby.Breath taking Ambrai Ghat in 5 minutes walking distance.Over all nice experience.Good stay in that budget.Although lanes are narrow,they are full of tourists at night and felt very safe as female travellers.

The location is great… close to everything but in a quiet area. The bed is soft and comfy and I got two great night sleeps. The place was clean. Above all, the guys working there were very polite and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. It’s also a good deal for what you get!

Only accessible by auto-rickshaw so you have a 5min walk from where a taxi can drop you.

Down a quiet back street only 15mins walk from Lal Ghat. Room was clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well and the breakfast omelette was freshly cooked to order. The staff were friendly and helpful in arranging transport.

very nice decorated haveli. Our stay at ushaan Haveli was quite enjoyable. And the owner Kullu is quite supportive, help us in everything. We also enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. All tourist places are by walk to haveli. And it's a very quiet place for relaxing.

Liked it very much.

The experience of Ushana Haveli was quite good. All the things are well decorated and decorated as we saw in the photos. The rooms are very spacious and with traditional painting. There is also a swimming pool here. The hotel is in a quite quiet place. And from here you can cover all the tourist attractions by walk like City Palace Bagor Ki Haveli.

I really think that you cannot have a better hotel at this price : Amazing staff, clean hotel, included breakfast, good wifi, good AC, perfect room with oh so comfy bed and a nice cozy chilling place by the window with lots of lights. You also have a small fridge in your room. It is also located on a no car roads and quite peaceful (for India) roads, so walking was much nicer here and it was also very quiet in the rooms (no honking sounds). We arrived pretty late at night and they arranged a transport that was waiting for us at a very cheap price. same thing when we left.

As a suggestion maybe a couple of loungers by the pool would have been useful, as that area is shaded from the heat of the day so is a nice place to sit - but not a complaint, and we didnt ask so there may have been some available!

Wonderful property in a quiet part of the city but close to the main area for restaurants and attractions, so a great location. Room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated with painted ceilings and a lovely window seat area. Staff very helpful and friendly and made our stay a very pleasant one. We really loved our time here! Rooftop had great views, and the pool at ground floor was good to escape the heat. Would recommend staying here!
