We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaHotel staff didn't provided the remote for AC earlier. When I asked them about this so they bluntly said that we don't provide remote for AC. They further said that AC is already set according to room. When I insisted that how could I change the temperature then they simply said that you can turn it off. After little bit of argument they provided me the remote. This shows lack of hospitality service.

IndiaMorning despite promise to provide bed tea at 7am and breakfast at 8am, no tea was provided,duty staff did not reach hotel even till 8am when I left. Only one person was available who did not have courtesy to even help in getting my luggage down. Paid for breakfast which was nit provided.
