The apartments are really well maintained, very spacious and comfortable. WiFi connectivity is excellent. The receptionist was very helpful and there was excellent communications both before and during arrival at the property. Pricilla went the extra mile to ensure all our requests had been met. House keeping were very polite and courteous. If you are looking for clean, affordable apartment in the Donna Paula area of Goa, you can't go wrong with this one. The main harbour and beaches were a 15 to 20 minute walk, and there are a variety of restaurants to choose from, but if you don't fancy the short walk, the Burger Factory situated at the apartments is a must try. The burgers are amazing value for money and of a generous portion, one burger sufficient for 2 adults. Furthermore, the apartments are close to an ATM and a well stocked supermarket. The only downside to this apartment is access to a reliable taxi service, if you need to order a taxi please allow for them to be 30 minutes or so late. Top tip, request a taxi at least 30 minutes before your planned departure time!

The noise coming from the road during the night wasn't great. It seems like there should be some noise control measure, either blinds or some sound proofing.

The value for money was great. The facilities in the room including the bed, table and chairs as well as a little sofa were all excellent. The bathroom was more than big enough.

The Hot water and cold water indication in faucet can be checked . I Felt it was in reverse .

The only minor inconvenience was that the smell in the elevator and staircase was pretty bad.

I did not like the fact that a common refrigerator was provided. Some of our stuff kept in the refrigerator was mixed up with someone elses and taken away by them. However thanks to Priscilla. We got our stuff back.

I liked the location of the Hotel and its location is very near to Panjim. It has spectacular rooms with all facilities like a mini kitchen to prepare food and a Water Purifier for uninterrupted water for Drinking. it is really close to Departmental Stores.

The reception desk sometimes gets unattended, the breakfast order from across the street restaurant Central Perk (!) to the hotel doesn't work well. Really need patience for an hour to get it across the road.

Excellent furnishing and gadgets. The bed mattress pillows are of good quality, staff is smiling yet not nosy. Location is great though away from the sea view type. Clean and cosy place. Loved it. Overall a good property

Our room wasn't cleaned during the course of our stay. We also didn't get a late checkout even though we requested for it at the time of booking and check-in.

We loved the location and the room decor. It gets great sunlight and had a very comfortable bed, and all the amenities one could ask for.
