I liked nothing. Dirty.Too costly food.Irritating owner. Disturbs rest for money when they don't even hav a machine to swipe a card.want cash payment and accepted ony cash. How can a single person sip 14 cups of tea in 1 day n 2 nights?

Nothing worth mentioning. Not value for money. Dirty windows,under bed and crockery. Horrible compared to rate.

1. Access to the Hotel was very poor -muddy, clogged water, smelly rubbish strewn just outside the gate. 2. There was no in-room tea/coffee making facility AND no breakfast in the hotel. Next time if we go, will try some other place.

The hotel surroundings were very dirty and unhygienic. No regular room cleaning. We hired car twice through the hotel. On the first occasion, the car came late by one and a half hours.

The food served in the room was moderately good. The hotel is located close to the Gaya station.

The Hotel receptionist admitted me at 2AM on 14.12. 2022. . They forced me to Pay Rs:300 for early check in at 9AM. I had to Paid 300 in addition to actual rent. I checked out 11.45 PM on 14-12-22.They behaved very rudely. You Never send Parties to this Hotel.

Mosquito menace, shifting to another property during stay, slow response from hotel staff, dirty and unhygienic room.

Nothing is there to talk about. Very old building with poor facilities, dirty room, dirty linen, unhygienic, non functional gadgets, response to basic needs like hot water for bathing is very very poor. Over all very bad experience. Would think twice before booking hotels thr' Booking.com

the price was way higher than what we are used to for similar value of room. Staff tried to convince us to go somewhere with him and did not realize we did not want to, we had to ask three times for it.

The guy on reception didn't know any english words, and did his job veeeeery slowly. He didn't know password from hotel Wi-Fi too. The old guy Ranjeet asks a tip, but his work is so bad too. The room was very dirty, I saw some bugs on the bed, air conditioning is not working, also bathroom hasn't a towel and hot water.

I did not have the breakfast so cannot comment. The major issue was cleanliness. The property is pretty old and not well maintained. The charges for food is also reasonable high and they get it form outside and just deliver with a extra cost. Also the service took a lot of time even for giving water.

The only thing i like was it was close to the railway station.

Facilities not there as said while booking from the booking. com. Disappointed with hotel room and facilities. Though stuff were good and helpful.

Though the stuff behaviour and help is really good and appreciating, but the facilities the hotel said during the booking is not up to the mark. Really upset with the hotel facilities, as paid quite a lot for it. Not cleaning regularly, no change of bed sheet, no mountain view, no running hot water( only timely) no slipper, no electric kettle, loose electrical points, no insect repellent measures, no credit card facilities. List is long. But lastly stuff were cooperative.

We booked 2 rooms for the morning as we arrived from Delhi around 4.30 AM in the morning and were told checkout time is 12 PM but our return Journey was in the night same day so we booked one additional room for check in after 12 just to relax after work. First in the morning a person took 30 minutes to give us two rooms he refused I can give only one room finally he gave us two normal rooms instead of Deluxe rooms. One room bathroom didn't have hot water geyser. and the other was very small. We told him we will leave in the morning at 8am for puja and will be back around 4PM. we were given the same small room and we 4 person just could not sit inside the room relax apart such a pathetic service and no one is bothered even after paying more then Rs 7K for all three rooms we just could not relax for 4 hours as our train was at 22.20 Booking.com should junk this types of hotels from their portal and they should penalize them and pressure them to return difference of amount back to us.

we had dinner in the night although it was out sourced but was good , but you cant order any thing extra in-between if you wish as it is out sourced.
