We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was just excellent, pool and gym were facilities were excellent too. On our way back to the airport, our taxi did not arrive, the hotel was quick enough to organize an Innova for us. Much appreciated!!!

Excellent customer service by manager Roma, Gautam and all team members , all house keeping staff , Mynt Resturant manager Jayanath , all chefs and all F &B team are extremely good to take care of my daughter dietary and all security staff are very good and supportive. IndiaNothing really. Just that if you want to stay close to the main city and the airport/station then Vivanta might be a tricky option as it is 11odd kms away from the main city. But if that's not an issue then it's the best option in my opinion.
The hotel lives up to the Taj Experience expectations for sure. Had a great 2 nights stay without any hassles. After a tiring day, the comfort of the room was what made it all better.
