A nicely renovated hotel, perfect for business and leisure in the area. The view out of the windows is of old industrial plants and factories that have fallen into disrepair but, other than that, everything was on point.

Hotel location is not suitable for someone traveling for leisure. Hotel is in the vicinity of factories and is good for someone visiting purely for work. Housekeeping did forget to stock coffee and tea several times and we had to request separately.

Property was very good and very well maintained. Service and staff were very good and always attentive of the details. I was not disappointed by the service level one expects from Taj group.

the prices at restaurant. Missing some varieties of food like sea food (not just 1 sort of fish), some marks on the food of the spicy grades since I don't like too spicy food.

Great stay. All staff is kind and ready for any help at any moment. The hotel is new (1.5y) and therefore great to be there. it's the best hotel in Mumbai I think or at least in its far neighborhood.

the prices for food and the restaurant is a bit too expensive. I miss some continental food and also noted in the restaurant thst they should put some marks on the food of spicy level. There is a lot of spicy food and it's hard to know which one is not till you try it.

staff very very kind and would help you at any possible way for the guest to feel comfortable. Receptionists, driver, Restaurant staff, all deserve best since their efforts are very high to please you.

The hotel was really good. Everything nice and clean. The staff was really kind. Everyone! Especially two of them. Mr. Sukh working at the entrance. He's a very polite and cordial person. The other person is that young northern indian woman at the roof top. Such people are the reason why a hotel is special and you feel much more comfortable than in others. I can recommend this hotel 100%.

Cleanliness could be better, bedroom floor wasn't mopped for a while obviously, corridor floor and pool area could be much cleaner also.
