The receptionist could be little proactive and didn't provide information in time which had led to unnecessary confusion.

Maintenance is very poor. The furniture's in the room really needs a face-lift. The TV is nearly 25 years old and can't see the pictures properly. Bathroom is very basic only the essentials are available.

The breakfast was good. The location of the property is very good. As it is in the midst of the town. The reception desk arranges for an auto if required and the auto comes in a jiffy. Rooms are kept clean. They even changed the bedsheets after we complained about stains in the sheet. 🤪🤪

Hotel overall needs refurbishing.

Slightly away from town, so calm. Conventional and conservative hotel. Clean room. Hot water. Sincere staff. Hv a nice multicuisine restaurant. They have an awesome veg restaurant maha laxmi somthing 5 minutes walk from hotel. Lot of autos.

Standard room Size was compact with bathroom access way difficult with 5ft door 🚪 height 1)Making tall persons befre getting used will inevitably get bumped once or twice with door frame. 2)car parking in open space getting movement of vehicles and noise in late night

Since standard room had some inherent difficulties where I checked in initially. Deluxe rooms I had checked in on day 2 after hotel got the upgrade

Rooms have no leg room. The balcony provided need to be closed because of monkey menace. Better to have provide a spacious wardrobe in the place of balcony. The hotel has no cabs on their own or under their contract and hence what they try to provide for conveyance is always costlier. Apart from breakfast, for lunch and dinner variety of South Indian food available is minimal

On the day of breakfast, me and my friend visited to the hotel restaurant (Vivek) where we stayed. At the time, I have requested the staff to serve one omelet but the behavior of the hotel manager is the worst... seems he shows his attitude that i am asking for his own house... Tats are not good and specifically in the time eating. We paid and we requested.. what's there in that? Note: Only the manager is not good. apart from that everyone is fine.. (This feedback is everything related to that restaurant). Apart from that everything is good. This manager guy looks short and wore glass on his face (This is what i noticed in the time of serve.)

Poor maintenance. House keeping doesn't exist. Except for the day i checked in, all other days made my own bed. Had to request several times to get the room cleaned. Hand faucet in the bathroom was leaking. Charging almost equivalent to a three star property, but standards are less than 1 star also.

Location of hotel is good. Along with complimentary breakfast,the hotel also provides complimentary evening tea and snacks which is good. The hotel has provision of bonfire in the lawn along with a projector which makes the evening snacks a real treat.

Everything could have been better... Except for the pleasing front office personnel

Gave me the room at 12.40pm in 2nd floor. No lift. Bed was all bubbles. At the lunch, the in charge told us to have food outside or in the lawns because they have a party and restaurant is only for them. Such an Irresponsible reply. And next day they have a party in the lawns with DJ sound playing in the afternoon and continued till 9.45 in the night. Waste of money.

Breakfast options were okay. Not many options but whatever provided was tasty. Garden nd bon fire is nice experience. Compared to other hotels in the area, I feel this property is spacious. Wood fire pizza place is awesome.
