When I wanted to pay for the accommodation I was told that they don’t accept credit cards and it has to be only bank transfer. I found this odd. Please pass this to the property so that they can change their policy

Given the amount charged, there could have been some in house activities or facilities available and rooms could have been bigger.

I think the room and washrooms needs a lot of maintenance work to be done like painting etc. the health faucet in the washroom was leaking, shower curtains could have been provided. We saw ants crawling on the walls of the washroom, otherwise it was a great stay. Considering the other positives I would definitely recommend.

Laundry service is a must - we all travel light and its essential to have laundry on premises. Staff was kind enough to get our clothes washed on asking a couple of times.

The resort had upon request and in writing had promised a late check out without any additional charge. However, they asked us to leave by 11 am on the day of the check out despite informing us that we could check out late. This ruined an otherwise nice trip. The manager Dhanya was rude and did not endeavour to sort out the issue despite the resort itself allowing us a late check out on email. Additionally, there are facilities mentioned on the website that aren't available anymore. For example the spa has closed down. It would do the resort well if they did not represent the availablity of a spa on its website. The same goes for the bar as well.

The location and the view from the superior room was beautiful. The property makes for a very relaxing and peaceful holiday. Would recommend staying here.

The buffet food was good, specially the breakfast. But the lunch and dinner could be improved in taste.

The location of the resort is perfect, just at the banks of the river. The pool overlooks the river and is the perfect place to chill. One can also explore the breezy river front and at night they lit up bonfire. The room was clean and spacious for a couple with a nice view from the balcony. Staff was also polite and courteous

The staff is very caring and accomodative. They will address all the demands. I liked the safari where the drivers and attendants who accompanied us really took all the effort and showed us the tigers. They made really great efforts in getting the tigers spotting., and could spot lot of birds / tigers ( 3 on first day, 2 on the second day) The food is excellent and also will take orders if we have our own choices / preferences On the whole, it was a best relaxed weekend for us

I think the resort was not too big and could potentially have include a few activities like a gym badminton and some more activities on the lake.

adjacent to the Kabini reservoir. next to JLR resorts. rooms were spacious and clean. bathrooms as well were clean and big. the staff was very helpful and would come in a few seconds whenever called. the icing on the cake however was the good food, which is not only included in the package but is by far the best food I’ve eaten in a hotel. the dal was to die for neither too spicy nor too bland. a perfect different dal everyday with a variety of starters and other non veg and veg dishes. the pool was cleaned every morning. bonfire dinner are a bliss make sure you leverage it atleast once.

I believe the pricing is a bit on higher side. I had booked a family suite, which was worth 22K, it was just a larger room with bathtub. all other rooms appeared same in fact with better view of Kabini river. Some of the other rooms also had a swing in the balcony, which this top room didn't. The placement of TV is weird. One cannot enjoy watching TV from their bed. You need to sit on chairs to watch it. Which makes it a bit uncomfortable.

While overall stay & F&B services were great. I had asked for Jain food, and the team served really amazing food. Activities like Kayaking, documentary etc. are great.

Property is quite small, not much place for any activity. I felt it bit pricey. All meals (BF, lunch, dinner) were included in my tariff still I need to pay for even lemon water and they don’t serve any appetiser. I was disappointed with Food menu and quality.
