Its not something we didnt like , but since the temperature was cold we were hoping to have the swimming pool temperature controlled , which was not and there was construction going on infront of the rooms

The foods are okay ,not bad but i would not say they are good . But we got to try their festival of Italian, German and Japanese food. Chef's came to take the orders everyday and one can customised any kind of food he or she likes . That was good. But other than that their other restaurant food is not so good .

The rooms are great , bigger in size. I would suggest people take the club room. It's really beautiful and the views are amazing. Services and stuff are over the top . They are ready to listen to anything.

Food needs to be improved. It is very costly and the taste is not upto the mark. Service, both in room & in the restaurant was very slow. Dinner buffet was also not very good. If u are visiting casino also, dinner is served in the restaurant only till 1am & it feels like they serve all the leftover food from the dinner service

Location is just a small walk away from MG area. Property is very very well maintained & our stay was very comfortable. Views from the rooms are excellent.

The room didn't have a mountain view. It has a hotel view. The dinner was horrible. The pool didn't have a heater, so what's the point of a pool in the mountains. The property was very small compared to the cost.

Bathroom of our room in third floor has sewage smell continuously even though we requested to change or drain cleaning stuff through the outlet in the bathroom. All through bathroom had stinky smell. We had to use incense sticks continuously which is actually not good for health, Also we wanted to visit the casino just for fun but we were not allowed. Casino wants to mandatorily wants one to drink if someone wants to go in. Anyhow overall it a very god experience.

the room and the balcony ware thw high points - large, spacious, extremely well-appointed, comfortable and with an outstanding view. Staff were courteous, freindly and efficient. Food, while not gourmet, was highly satifactory.

Very poor selection of wines, and no local wines at all. As part of the ITC Hotels group who pride themselves on being eco-sensitive they should pay more attention to water usage, a lot of water is wasted till hot water runs in the taps.

They had a casino which had a cover charge of Rs 2500 per person even for Hotel Guests , which was quite unusual . If a guest does not drink or does not wish to eat , then he / she still has to pay for it . I booked a Innova Cab from Hotel to Darjeeling and the hotel charged me Rs 6000 whereas it should not have been more than Rs 4000 . Even if Hotel was to charge a service fee , it should not have been more than Rs 500-1000 . Balconies were too small . Lighting in rooms could have been better . An extension of Intercom in bathroom was a must . The exhaust fan in bathroom was very irritating. there was no provision to switch it off . when entire room had yellow lights ,yellow lights inplace of white lights in bathrooms would have been better . The hotel should have oil heaters in rooms specially suite rooms rather having blowers . Chinese dishes need improvement.

Awesome view from Suite room on 3rd floor . Location of the property is a big plus . service was awesome . Staff was courteous. They sanitised the bags before checking them in the hotel . ample of parking space for cars . Hotel is very elegant and tastefully done . Awesome Buffet Breakfast and Good Indian Food .

The rooms are okay, not as comfortable as you'd imagine an ITC property to be. The staff is somewhat laid back and it takes them ages to get anything done. The food was very basic too. I was expecting some local delicacies on the menu, but no. Very well.

The property is nicely located, has gotten scenic views.
