Indiainterior is perfect combination of Kashmiri culture and modernity. I had lovely time at the hotel. Sofia ( hostess ) adding more value to it. here Mr. Talat, will attend you to ensure your stay was comfortable. Food was delicious and other staff of hotel were equally polite and friendly.

IndiaIn terms of value for money for the price that the hotel charges, I feel that it can do a little bit more.either improve the quality and upkeep of the rooms or provide some additional facilities. Even a simple, welcome, fruit basket, and refreshment in the room, will make a big difference. Staff is very good and polite and helpful. The hotel can get a little bit more training for the staff to give them a little more polish. We had one meal in the restaurant which was of an average quality. We felt it was too heavy and overspiced.
The hotel is located between the airport and the city. So after a long flight, it was good to be in the hotel quickly and most of the locations in Srinagar are not too far from the hotel. The hotel is quite warm and welcoming but for the price it feels a little small in terms of the room sizes or the level of luxury that one would expect at this price point. Staff is helpful polite and attended to every need of ours.

IndiaThe hotel is located very close to the airport which was convenient for us. But what made our vacation really special was the staff at the hotel. Special mention to front desk staff Yasmina. We booked a room for only one night and thought we would book other hotels in different locations like Pahalgam and sonamarg but because we enjoyed the service from the staff especially Yasmina so much, we decided to extend our stay at the hotel for 3 more nights! Yasmina extremely professional, genuine and sweet person. She definitely deserves a promotion. Also Firdosa in the restaurant is also great at her job.

IndiaNo other facilities like gym or spa for the amount of money they charge per night. Average room and quite overpriced. Bathroom is small and inconvenient. Food has no taste at all and overpriced again.

IndiaThe decor, the amenities and the ambience of the hotel is that of a 2 star property. I was misled by an ITC tag to stay here. There was loud music by a group who was given the loans for bonfire. I wouldn't stay here again.

Everything. The location is excellent. We booked a 3 bed room cottage amongst friends. It was an excellent property. Just eating and drinking from your balcony listening to the burble of the majestic lidder river would give you your holiday it's worth.

United Arab EmiratesAlmost every other guest we saw had some or the other complaints. Although the staff is friendly, they're not very knowledgable. Service in the restaurant was slow, and the food was inconsistent. We ordered the veg club sandwich three times, and each time we got something else.
The lobby entrance was very beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were also good. Tasteful decor. Close to the airport.
