Breakfast is served at 7 am, which is too late for most morning flights. Usually, it is 6 am in most of the hotels we have stayed in.

Location close to the Airport and not far from the City. Quiet location, clean and well-managed property.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful property. DAmber at the kebabs restaurant and sumit in the coffee shop were great and attentive. Ankush Punjabi went out of his way to help and made thw stay very comfortable.

A very nice upmarket hotel near the Amritsar airport to visit the Golden Temple and City Centre of Amritsar. The location requires an Uber taxi to visit the Amritsar highlights. Room was according to expections of a 5-star hotel which is also valid for the F&B area, restaurant and bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful in organising airport transfer. If one wishes not to stay in the very crowded and vibrant city centre the Welcome Hotel by ITC is an idea alternative for solvent travellers.

We booked 3 people in one room. So Instead of giving a 3rd bed they add a mattress on the floor which I found is ridiculous. Being a 5 star hotel I didn't pay to sleep on the floor.

This not a negative point- the property is far away from the city but it’s compensated by the hotel by providing shuttle service twice a day which is very useful and helpful!!!!

The hotel allows parties with loud music , which creates a lot of disturbances for the guest as it went on till 11:00 pm, until we did not complain to the front desk.

The ambience, the staff , the breakfast spread and the hotel was very beautiful.

Ambiance of the renovated royal palace, cozy rooms especially midnight view of the street lamps in fog through the window’s transy curtains as well as comfy feel good seats, & yes pet friendly, ofcourse one of the main reason, interior maintenance, ignoring some clever staff members overall it was a mesmerising experience

Didn’t know how to make or serve mint tea Orders taxi for specific time and luggage collection, I had to ask baggage assistant in order to get off on time, then push for taxi which overall ended up leaving 15 minutes late. This therefore put us behind and inevitably we’re late through the process.

It is a bit far from downtown, but super close to the airport.

We had a perfect stay. Good service quality and in general aspects. Excellent food; Pardeep made the difference in our dinners. Kudos to him and all staff!

The location of the elevator to get to third level. You have to go through the whole hotel to get to the elevator. One of the guys, I believe his name was Ravinder, who took our dinner order in the bar was a liar and very unprofessional. I can give the whole story if the hotel manager calls me.

This is a palace converted into a hotel and has a lot of character. The rooms are very well appointed, the whole hotel is very clean, staff very courteous and have good restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was expansive and very tasty. We did not get the opportunity to test or use hotel’s facilities such as the games room but they looked really nice.
