location, very calm. staff, restaurant and breakfast. interion design nice with a specisl style. breakfast wad a highlight, essentials offered on a buffet, others like eggs, Idli or Dosa you can order and get it freshly made from the kitchen. nice terrace for breakfast.

Such a nice place. Excellent staff.. the receptionist hooked us up with unique adventures. And and.. after 3 weeks with Indian food( don't get me wrong i love Indian food) but to get a extremely well done spaghetti carbonara and an even better Shepards pie from the brilliant cook just made my days, not to forget the excellent breakfast. ! So don't hesitate, book one of their beautiful rooms and you won' regret it.

1.TV subscription expired so we couldn't even connect our phone to TV through Bluetooth to watch any movie or video . 2. As the room doesn't even have either a fan or AC, it's quite a suffocating environment inside the room especially at night. For a room which costs around 8500INR per night must have at least fan or AC

The Hotel is very comfortable, cute, cozy, quiet and peaceful. The interiors of the rooms are very nice and the food is also great! Breakfast spread is good but some of the food being served at breakfast was cold. The hotel is slightly away from the hustle bustle of the city so it was very peaceful and relaxing.

The rooms are not soundproofed at all (e.g. you can hear the reception phone, people moving chairs) and I would recommend closing the windows at night to avoid waking up to outside noise (barking dogs, birds, etc.).

Willow Hill is a very cosy hotel, nice and clean with a great view. The staff are polite, attentive and gave us recommendations on what to see in and around Ooty and allowed late check out.

We did not realise the bottles of water in the room are local water which upset our stomachs. Maybe worth asking for bottled water if you have a sensitive tummy. Garden seating needs cushions.

We had a wonderful time at Willow Hill a very relaxing hotel and a great hotel to get away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are very attentive and will accommodate every need. The food is superb and they are very generous with portion sizes. The gardens are beautiful to sit in and the views are amazing.

Away from city hustles-bustles, it’s a peaceful secluded stay. Room interiors seems renovated recently so it’s super clean & has vintage vibes. Amazing room interior, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had pre booked meal , whatever we ordered was a treat to the palate. Breakfast was again very tasty & like home cooked . One of the best stays & meals I have ever had in a hotel. Will surely come again if I visit Ooty again.

Due to the weather it was somewhat cold. There appears to be no form of heating, but extra blankets were available for the beds. The sound echoes in the corridors rather a lot.

Extremely good staff and the meals were all excellent. The chef used fresh whole spices, not powdered, a very big plus point.

The price was on higher side. The snacks in rooms in jars placed as freebies were not fresh. The hotel contact number was mostly switched off and delay in response for queries before coming to hotel.

The Willow Hills is located amidst green trees, quite serene environment but still not that far from the main town. I went with my husband to this stay, and i must say it is perfectly romantic for couples. The rooms were WOWWW! The view from the window, the outside garden area it is sooo beautiful and also well maintained. The staffs were really helpful and their hospitality is really welcoming. You won't regret an ounce staying here. It is a mandate stay for a nature lover who wants to enjoy OOTY in the perfect cold and breezy way. And also Earl's Secret the most rated restaurant is exactly opposite to this stay.

The food in the restaurant was amazing. Barani (food service boy) and Chef Basant were outstanding. The room was extremely comfortable. The hotel manager (Mr. Laxminarayan) was always available to ensure that my stay was absolutely comfortable.

The personal and courteous service from the polite staff at Willow Hill will always be fondly remembered. Mr. Laxminarayanan, a true hospitality industry professional, met us on arrival and handled our check-in. His presence at the main desk was re-assuring. Willow Hills appears to be a recently built property. Therefore all facilities were new and in working order. Everything worked perfectly, including the internet, telephone, electricity, plumbing, elevators etc. (Ooty has number of 'heritage hotels' with woefully inadequate service facilities which has ruined many a short stays). We drove to Ooty and the hotel provided spacious parking facility for private cars. We were assigned the Cypress Room, which had the view of the mountains and the green valley, that was both pleasing and invigorating. The spacious interiors were tastefully fitted out. The large king size bed had comfortable mattress and pillows. The black-out curtains were greatly appreciated. The hotel included breakfast and dinner along with cost of accommodations. This was a welcome gesture on their part. The quality of dining offered at the 'Bird of Paradise' restaurant with excellent, with high marks for service and quality to their Chef, Mr. Joyce. I found him and his staff to be hardworking and keenly interested in delivering excellent quality to the guests.

Everything was perfect!!

Smooth check-in process. We were served a warm tea on arrival. The manager was there to welcome us and show us around. Breakfast was exceptional. They have a wide range of options from freshly cooked idli, vada, choice of dosa to pancakes. The room had a breathtaking view. Cozy wooden cabin vibe in the room. The pictures on the internet match what we saw here. The gardens are well maintained and this felt like the perfect place for us to relax and rejuvenate. This place is located away from the crowded areas on top of a hill. You will need your own vehicle/taxi to get here. Hospitality at this place is 10/10. Special mention for the signboards placed at multiple places on the way that helped us get here with no confusion. I'm so glad we stayed here and can't wait to be back again.

The food was exceptionally good. It was like home cooked food. I am very peculiar about the washrooms and here it sure was a winner because of that. The staffs were always at our beck and call and made sure we were comfortable all the time.

Not value for money at all. The website has mentioned lot of amenities but nothing was there in the resort. Not even kids play area. Too expensive for a little room with no amenities. Very disappointed
