Staffs attitude. They treat the group parties well but the solo tourist were not treated well. It was really a bad experience. Only one good person I found was in the restaurant (North Indian) staff. He was really good and cared for us well.

First impression was a good impression. I lost my impression when I was looking for a room. When I came and enquired they denied me the room saying it’s full. I checked with booking.com and booked. Still they refused to give room. To discourage they said that only rooms without any views are available. However I agreed but till late night the party for the group sounded like hell. The sound blasted near my room. Such a big resort , overseas card did not work.

Food . Its not upto the sterling standard. Frozen food is served as starters and its always potato. The buffet is not worth the money for the following reasons 1) Buffet always items or serveware is missing 2) All items are not hot 3) Opening of buffet even before live counter is not ready. 4) Staff can handle the guests better and not talk back (U may think that complaining customer has left but what u say is heard by reamining customers . This shows ur respect towards customers). 5) Food is recycled those available in breakfast is also available in lunch with some make up 6) Frozen butter is served in bread counter unable to apply and the bread toaster also had problems

the location and the room size was excellent . the reception and cleaning staff are very friendly and helping. Room had a great view swimming pool is nice. Activity room had only few things to do (Dont expect glass painting cinema like Sterling kodai valley) Its a small resort

The hotel is under renovation. Lot of construction dust. We tried escaping city pollution for a couple of days and struck here. Pool is closed. The management offered pool access at other hotel. No change rooms there. Room was stinky. Rooms lack that welcoming feel that you expect from this price range. I have stayed here 6 years ago and the experience this time was not that great. The bathroom had dirty running water initially. Some corridors were not well lit. We accidentally broke a glass rumble left out by other room. Luckily escaped without hurting ourself in the dark. However the staff responded promptly in clearing the glass pieces.

Definitely the property did not have the standards of a star hotel. Monkeys jumping in balconies. Never possible to open the balcony. Very old hotel. Poor Parking facilities. Over priced for the quality. Food tasted average.

The "resort" in the name is misleading. This is a hotel with a pool and a few other facilities. The parking is very limited, so you may have to park on the road. The indoor facilities were kinda worn out. The TT board was in bad shape and the bats as well as the balls were damaged. The food was expensive considering the location.

The room was spacious and had a great view of the mountain/hill from the balcony. The food was excellent, if a bit expensive. The breakfast spread was extensive and tasty. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

More modern rooms/amenities needed at this price. Better lighting and aesthetics would certainly help. Allowing 2 adults + 2 children as regular occupancy, but treating a 3rd adult as additional per day rates, seems excessive.

Room was dated and does not justify the pricetag - I have stayed in much better for much less. I do not see the value here. On the other hand, the food was good and service much better.

Though the rooms were big, the view wasn't good. We had the wall of another house just in front of the large balcony. Towels and door mat were not kept and for every request we had to call multiple times. There was a long waiting time for the dining hall. The size of the dining can be a little bigger to accommodate the guests.
