We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was limited but super tasty. Don't believe in food wastage. Location was fantastic and excellent. The rooms were decently big and apt for couples.

IndiaJacuzzi wasn't functional due to the weather and doesnt have temperature control. Would have preferred some hot water jacuzzi since that's sort of basic functionality with them. Since there's a Starbucks in the same building, parking was a challenge with limited front space. However, the valets/guards on door are super helpful.
Great location on Calangute. Major restaurants in walking distance. Really big rooms with charging ports near the bed. Pretty decent stocked up gym and jacuzzi. Parking is a challenge since the front lobby space is limited and shared with Starbucks customers' parking but the valet are super helpful and our car was always parked up front.

AustraliaThe hotel was very clean and great staff. The only issue is that they had a private function in the restaurant with loud music bass sound thumping in our room as the acoustics is extremely poor. We rang reception and was told it was a private function and will finish at 12 midnight. This is not fair for guests who have paid for the room. It was a banging noise and chairs been dragged could be heard loudly in the room. We were lucky it was only for one night. Would be terrible if they had a function every night. Due to the poor sound proofing they should not have parties after 10.30pm as this is a hotel where people have paid to stay here. If not for this issue which I hope won’t happen again it was a great hotel
