The hotel management upgraded us on the 5th night since the standard room had very small bathrooms. The new rooms were exemplary

The jacuzzi was total disappointment. Not cleaned and small. The gym was very small with very few equipment's.

Breakfast was limited but super tasty. Don't believe in food wastage. Location was fantastic and excellent. The rooms were decently big and apt for couples.

Looks ok but it is not. The area itself of Candolim is bad and dirty. You need to have the airco at 21 degrees otherwise the whole room gets damp. We did not need 21 degrees in the room

Jacuzzi wasn't functional due to the weather and doesnt have temperature control. Would have preferred some hot water jacuzzi since that's sort of basic functionality with them. Since there's a Starbucks in the same building, parking was a challenge with limited front space. However, the valets/guards on door are super helpful.

Great location on Calangute. Major restaurants in walking distance. Really big rooms with charging ports near the bed. Pretty decent stocked up gym and jacuzzi. Parking is a challenge since the front lobby space is limited and shared with Starbucks customers' parking but the valet are super helpful and our car was always parked up front.

Could be a bit cleaner. The restaurant holds out on spice and you have to triple clarify you actually want it or it will be additional cream.but overall the food was good.

The air-conditioning was very uncomfortable. The centralised airconditioner was making the room extremely chilled. The temperature setting was not working for any of our three rooms.

The rooms are clean, food was excellent and location was really good.

House keeping staff not upto the mark. No tissue roll in the washroom. Tea tray was not arranged and not enough stuff on the tea tray. Not a value for money hotel.

The location is on the main road. Dining staff were good and polite.

good hotel. great staff great location. They did miss out on instructions i gave about hot cold mix in the bathroom and ac temp not responding. but i didnt press much as i was out most of the time. great hotel. could be a little less expensive i felt. great place. no pool or i didnt see it.

The hotel was very clean and great staff. The only issue is that they had a private function in the restaurant with loud music bass sound thumping in our room as the acoustics is extremely poor. We rang reception and was told it was a private function and will finish at 12 midnight. This is not fair for guests who have paid for the room. It was a banging noise and chairs been dragged could be heard loudly in the room. We were lucky it was only for one night. Would be terrible if they had a function every night. Due to the poor sound proofing they should not have parties after 10.30pm as this is a hotel where people have paid to stay here. If not for this issue which I hope won’t happen again it was a great hotel

On checking out we were asked about the mini bar which is a normal practice but we were also told to wait until the staff checks the room which is a bit disappointing 😕

The rooms were clean, breakfast variety was good, staff were friendly. Overall good experience Happy to recommend to friends & family 🤍

Hotel is amazing . Good breakfast . Amazing staff . Netflix and prime available on smart tv . Overall it is value for money . I am coming back soon.
