We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe only feedback is in the room instead of the plastic spoon stirrer for tea keep a steel spoon.
I booked a Quadruple room with a balcony for 3 nights. The room is very spacious. We dined as well including breakfast and the food was delicious. Manager Pradeep was very cordial and made our stay comfortable. The location is not that bad, 2 KM away from MG Road but you can get shared or private cabs from the corner very easily.

The room was fantastic, it was a good size. Linen clean. Space to relax and balcony with view. Manager super helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. Though it's a long way to the center, there are share taxis available. Great momos across the road!!

IndiaOnly 1 sachet of Tea+ sugar was given for entire day. Upon asking for 1 more sachet, extra service charges were demanded. This was so shocking. Also, it was told by management that only 1 sachet is given for 1 day booking as per their policy. This is so frustrating thing that we need to request for it. I have never seen such weird rule in any hotel. Please carry your own tea sachets if u r planning to book this hotel for a day or two. In breakfast, fresh fruits & juices , eggs etc.were missing. So overall it is a average experience.
