The staff was really nice and very helpful and they made the stay very comfortable. It's an older property so I wasn't expecting everything to be shiny. If you are a regular 5-star type of customer, then this won't work for you. Breakfast was ok, North Indian items were good, South Indian not so much. They also don't have a proper restaurant but it wasn't an issue for me.

The breakfast offerings could be diversified. It is a typical Indian breakfast. Adding a few more pastries will be good. Only toast bread and eggs was available for those who donot like to eat rice and food on the morning. A higher diversification of fruit in the morning also would be good

The hotel is clean. The rooms areca decent size. The water is warm. The bedsheets are clean and the staff are kind. They probably can diversify the breakfast offerings for people who may not be of Indian origin. The hotel also has a buffet dinner which serves Indian cuisine. Always boiling hot water runs in the shower even if you turn the knob to cold. It's very difficult to take a good bath due to this.

I would have liked floor mats near the bed, and a bath mat inside or near the washroom.

I liked the location. My room, 204, was spacious, the washroom was comfortable to move around. And it was cleaned at regular intervals.

Attitude of the manager.

Hotel was overall good. But when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel receptionist told that there is no booking in my name. I showed my booking details and he searched his system for 15 minutes and I was standing in front him. Later he found my name. Room was good. Later on when I came for breakfast in the next morning I was told there is no complementary breakfast against my booking. Again I had to show my booking details and he agreed. When I was to checkout and asked for the bill, the manager told that bill will be issued by booking.com through email. But insisted for the bill and told the manager that since I had made the payment directly to the hotel through card, hotel has to issue the bill. He agreed and issued the bill. Breakfast was average with not much options. One will get similar breakfast in hotels in Delhi at half of the price. But location was great. Just on the main road in busy Nehru Place, New Delhi.
