Not much to complain about, the AC could’ve been quieter and the bathroom could have an extractor fan.

Nice location away from the bustling centre. Our room was big, nicely decorated and even had a seating area. The view from roof terrace was great and the staff were helpful with reasonably priced food.

The bed, although spacious was not as comfortable as the one in Jodhpur. In general, I found the building to be more old and less meiantained and renovated compared to Zostel in Jodhpur.

The location is really what sells this place. You have a nice view out of the room, and the room itself is OK. It's interesting to note how the different the standard is in Zostel in Jodhpur and Udaipur. This one in Udaipur is a bit shabby, the sheets are heavy and the bed mattress is not that comfortbale but you have AC and the quiet.

The location was tough. It located at a very high place. Difficult to reach the place with luggage and all. Though the staff heloed us with the luggage. Also they need to do regular maintenance. Our washroom flush was not working some times. Hot water would be avaipable for some time and then you had to wait till it heats up again.

The rooms were big, good view from the room. Our room window opened to the lake side. The staff was very courteous, always available. They had room service. The rooms were clean and ventilated. The ambience had a great vibrant feel and energetic vibe. Food was good. The cafeteria, play area all were nice and clean.

The restaurant could be much better. It's written that it opens at 8 but I had to wait till 9 and then go out to find some breakfast. Couldn't help but feel a bit cramped in the dorms.

Bit over price as per other properties in Udaipur no lift in the property if you are charging good amount than you should provide all services like amount

There is no 4 wheeler parking facility in this hotel and it is not even mentioned in the booking specifications. Even though the hotel people contacted me like 4-5 times, they weren't informed about the parking facility.

The rooms were clean, they arranged the food for us even though we reached after their kitchen close.

Lots of families can be seen in zostels these days which is kind of killing the overall vibe.

Amazing property. The food was good quality. The view from the top restaurant was extremely good. Parking facility was also available which was a huge relief as I was concerned about finding a parking spot for my bike.

Really liked the stay, location getting the best view of City and lakes. Good yummy hostel food (chargeable), worth the price. Clean and Spacious rooms and bunk beds, Clean washrooms. Kind staffs. Loved the stay and comfort. 💯 Recommended for a leisure stay.

Staff..the reception staff was sleeping on the bed when we arrived and when we woke didn’t even bother to wake up and answer. Told us to come after 11 AM in sleepy voice

The service of other staff was quite rude. Asked several times for coffee saches but didn't respond. I went to the welcome lobby to get it from their staff.

Everything was perfect considering the price point. What was weird was the water heating system. Apparently they switch the geyser on at a particular point during the day and it takes 15 minutes for the water to heat up. I faced an issue every single day and had to adjust. I hope Zostel rectifies this because warm water is a basic necessity and they have a complicated system.

It was a property developed for backpackers. It is definitely alive for money. The food, esp. Poha was delicious.

- Bathrooms could be cleaner - No mirror in the dorm, just one inside the washroom

I liked the dorms, beds are comfortable. Although there was no mirror inside the room, just one in the washroom. Otherwise everything else was good and met expectations. Kishan was very helpful with everything, even helped me with extending my stay here in Udaipur for a day. But the facilities could be better given Zostel standards that I've experienced elsewhere. Food was delicious in the rooftop cafe. One can stay here entirely for the views from this property!

There was no option for a late check-out. There were constant power cuts (from the monsoon but still frustrating). They provided tea and sugar in the room but not coffee, which isn’t a massive problem but would be nice.

The room had a lot of space, nice bathroom, and a good view of the lake. The hostel’s facilities were very good with a good social area. Drinking water was provided. The restaurant was what you would expect from a hostel; good for the value. Overall, a really good stay.
