My room was very spacious with comfortable bed, a lovely balcony and nicely working AC. To be honest, this hotel was a hidden gem - if you look for a great value for what you pay, go there. One of the few hotels where pictures match with the room you get. And, you got a very lovely coffee place in the ground floor for delicious breakfast and cheesecakes! Just few minutes scooter drive to the beaches, plenty of restaurant options around and owner of the hotel is very warm and welcoming. Very nice stay in Goa.

The rooms are spacious and clean having wide window, balcony with table and chairs. Service is fast, polite behavior of staff. We liked the location most. It has river, hill, 5 min. walking to peaceful beach, quite atmosphere. Morjim beach is internationally awarded for beauty and peace. We enjoyed on beach whenever we want. Excellent hotel, amazing location.

For food you have to go but normally you go out for sightseeing.

I enjoyed my stay here,Ebrahim and Rahim were very helpful. Rooms are clean and with all amenities like AC,TV,Fridge,Electric Kettle,Towels, Balcony.Morjin beach is at 10 minutes walk from hotel.Taxi can drop at beach charging Rs.100. There is Cafe on ground floor for breakfast and Restaurants at 5 minutes walk. My stay was comfortable.

Everything is good, and for the price it's quite worth it!

We loved the fact that the place was reasonably priced, offered minimal interiors with all necessary amenities, and the room has an attached balcony. The manager Mr Ebrahim is very polite and takes all efforts to ensure that the guests are taken care of properly. There is also a cafe on the ground floor for some quick bites - I'd recommend the sandwiches, fruit bowls, almond pie, and hot chocolate! Finally, the hotel is located at a decent walking distance from Morjim beach - there is a shortcut in front of the Turtles restaurant which you can access for a cleaner and less crowded section of the beach. You can walk to this section within 5 minutes from the hotel. Also worth mentioning is Jenny's Kitchen, a place that serves authentic Goan food in a home cooked style, which is within 100m from the hotel.

The hotel is very good and clean, the hotel staff is very friendly as well, and the Morjim beach is very close to the hotel, I just love the room vibes. On ground floor they have a nice coffee shop.
