House is a bit noisy due to thin walls and even if turn down the heater it remains warm in the room (but that is more common in many places in Iceland I have noticed).

Quiet and cozy place in the short way from Blue Lagoon and Keflavik airport. Possibility to check in after midnight because of late flight to Iceland was perfect to have a stop there. Things for breakfast available in the kitchen to do it by yourself.

Very good location if you are thinking to hike and go to the blue lagoon as it takes 10min to each place with Borg house. Big room with a nice kitchen. Everything was clean and the couple there were super friendly!!

Unfortunately we had some noisy fellow guests who made noise most of the night in the kitchen but this is outside of the host's control. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

Most comfortable bed I slept in on a trip for a long time, large room, great kitchen and dining area, very helpful owners, close to airport and Blue Lagoon, designated smoking area outside, not overpriced like most of other places.

The host, she was so lovely. Really sweet! She gave me all the info about the area, how to get to the blue lagoon, what else there was to do there. Room was nice. Bathroom too. Breakfast was included which is nice. Very close to the blue lagoon, which was for me the reason to stay here.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the accomodation was incredibly comfortable, nicer than in my own apartment. I would without a doubt stay again if I'm ever in Grindavík.

Nice and flexible host. Very good price, location. I remembered how nice it was to come to Iceland 15 years ago, when you were always so cared for. It's still so good here. Comfort in Iceland means something different than tourists sometimes think before they come - comfort also means people who understand your needs while traveling. That's why it's a good place. De bathroom upstairs is kind of old ( but clean). The house is very noisy, you hear other guests in kitchen etc.

A very personal guesthouse, with comfortable shared kitchen and living room. Very cosy and you feel at home. I think in total 5-6 double rooms. Good beds and all is very neat. A warm welcome by the owner and it is so lovely that you can help yourself in the kitchen and have your own dinner or wine here. 5 nice tables with chairs, all in a lovely Icelandic feel-at home style. You can see the owner paid attention to details.
