It was as expected. Perfect for our needs.

Hosts were very accommodating to the last minute changes in arrival times. The location was perfect for our needs. No breakfast was included. We left very early both times we stayed so it wasn’t important to have breakfast. The employees were very nice and helpful.

Room was very small, but not a huge issue for us as we just needed a safe and comfortable place to sleep while exploring the city.

Great location, rooms were clean, owner was responsive, and they had a cute Golden Retriever in the main house for me to get my dog-petting fix for the day.

The room was so small that it was difficult to open even one suitcase, let alone two. We stayed here twice, and both times we had to take turns opening our cases.

The location was excellent. It was possible to walk to many areas of interest. Parking nearby wasn't too hard. It was easy to find using google maps. It was a good shower, and had a bathtub as well.

Breakfast is not that easy to get, I would prefer the owner dropped croissants off daily and charged extra over no option without a 10 to 15 minute walk

The guesthouse is in an excellent location – close to the downtown, but still in a quiet area. Free parking is a great bonus. The owner of the guesthouse and her cat are very friendly.

The shower is slightly dated. The water from the drain smells like sulfur but I think that comes down to how Iceland heats their hot water using geothermal steam generally so I am not sure whether the sulfur smell is from old pipes or generic icelandic water.

Room is extremely big and spacious! We got an apartment which comes with two bedroom with the price of smaller apartment in reykjavik! Absolute valuue for money! Thorey, the host, and his wife are very kind. The dog and cat (called Jelly Belly) are adorable and greeted us at the door!

The sulfur water but fine to drink and what they drink all the time

Lovely location in Reykjavik. Hosts were extremely helpful and courteous and personable We had the studio. It was comfy but void of any pictures on the walls. Nice bathroom. Actually 2 Could walk to town for meals and close to bus station. Would stay there again

We stayed at this place during our short stopover in Reykjavik, it met our expectations. The owner welcomed us as we were arriving, check-in was smooth. The place is warm and quite.

Tiniest room - could barely fit the twin beds, and we had no room for our luggage or to even stand there. Seems smaller than in the photos.
