Our room was next to the kitchen and woke up early the next morning from other guests talking and having their coffee. The guests were not excessively loud at all, but we were able to hear it all from our room. Earplugs would do the trick though and overall, it was not a bother compared to the great stay we had.

We booked late and checked in late on the same day and when we arrived, our room was ready and waiting. Everything was super clean and the beds were really comfortable, there was a basin in the bedroom so we we didn't need to wait for the bathroom to brush teeth or was our faces. The location was beautiful and the shower was amazing after a long day of adventures. Coffee and tea was available and the whole process went super smooth. Would absolutely recommend!

Everything. Clean, friendly host, big tv, comfy bed, 5-10min drive to the black beach. Next to the ring road. Nice farm with adorable horses and sheeps and others. Great views to the northen light through our window!!!

our room was #5. it's accessed through the kitchen. so when people are eating and cooking in the kitchen, we can hear everyone. So a little bit of noise for privacy.

everything was great. location was close to VIK. the kitchen was very well equipped. easy self check in. beds were comfortable, and plenty of bathrooms to share with others. good value for the money.

it was very close to the black beach! we got a room close to the kitchen with free coffee, tea and biscuits and milk!! it is was clean and the host is friendly! we enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately it might be noisy because of poorly soundproofed walls, if other guests pushes doors or talking a bit too loud.

Nice and clean guesthouse on a farm very close to the endless black beach near Vik. The kitchen has everything you might need and even a range of fresh cookies to taste. The rooms are quite big and the bed is very comfortable.

Great location (close to Reynisfjara Beach and Vik), clean, comfortable room, well-equipped kitchen (coffee, tea, biscuits) and bathroom (lots of towels, soap, shampoo etc.). We were at a time when the road was closed due to strong winds and we rested in a nice and warm room. We had room no. 1 with a beautiful sunrise view!

Windows were open when we got there and flys flew in. Maybe the windows can have some sort of mesh to keep bugs from coming in.

Even though the washroom facilities were shared, it was very tidy and clean. The Room was great as well, I like how each room has their own sink to minimize foot traffic to the washrooms.

Everything was more than okay

The biggest positive surprise during our stay in Iceland. Our room was big and very comfortable. Big, well-equipped kitchen with few tables. Clean shared bathrooms.

I would suggest to install a dish washer. Further nothing to wish for.

I enjoyed a large, clean room (I think they all were large). Good ratio of sanitary rooms vs rooms. Clean kitchen with plenty of space to host the guests. Vicinity of Points of Interest and small shopping mall. We did not meet the host, but everything was clear.
