The elevator starts from the first floor so if you have problems climbing stairs forget this hotel. It needs a big refurbishment.

The location is very good and some of the staff are nice and helpful. The wifi was good.

Room was tiny, for the same price I got an entire apartment in Bologna for three nights instead of two nights in a box room. The room was also flimsy, you could hear the neighbours, the door handle was broken as was the shower

The staff is not very friendly which contributes to the impersonal feeling of the place. The inside of the hotel is dark and feels very dingy with a microscopic and slow elevator. The room was clean but minimalist and the bathroom extremely small and mouldy - especially the shower area had a very unpleasant mould smell and the ceiling above it had been removed. It states it has three stars but those seem self-administered...

It was a very bad surprise. We had booked 3 rooms with a double bed, 2 of the 3 rooms had a single large bed instead of the double bed. In the bathroom the plasterboard on the ceiling was damp and if someone used the upstairs bathroom, water would drop into the downstairs bathroom. There were exposed electrical wires in the corridor. We booked August 30th for September 17th. On the day of arrival, they cancelled the reservation saying that the payment did not go through with the credit card, on the phone we wanted to give another credit card, they did not want to take it, they forced us to re-book through booking by spending 300 euros more than the price of the previous booking, on the same day of arrival, we had no choice.

Very central position. If you bring your own toiletries, this is a good option. I was here for three nights in a single room which was clean and quiet.

- there is absolutely no possibility to aproach a hotel by a car, it has no parking at all, you have to park somethere in the town and get back there with your luggage. - stuff absolutly doestn't speak any languge excepting Italian and was rude and unfriendly. - there is no breakfast at all. - everything around as were dirty and stinky.

The door of the shower felt when I went in the shower. The sheets were dirty and the bed very inconfortable. You can also hear every single sound through the door / walls. Really bad insolation. The information on the description of the hotel are not correct / not exhaustive. It is not mentioned about the pet tax of 15€. And the worst and not acceptable thing : THE PARKING cost which is mentioned to be 18€ per day. I called to ask about the parking and they told me to go the the parking aquarium. We stayed 22 hours (we counted) and paid 37€. Not acceptable ! We went to this hotel because of the price of the parking and they lied to us. Never go back again

Disadvantage of staying on the first floor of a hotel in the center of the city is the noise. We were woken up by street cleaners, people singing after a night out and deliveries early in the morning. Of course, none of is is the fault of the hotel

The location is right in the old town with plenty of restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Harbor and Aquarium is really close by too. Our room had a quiet air-conditioner, which was needed during the hot and humid night, The room was clean and small, but just big enough for the two of us.
