The bathroom is extremely small, toilet paper holder and other small things from the toilet were made of metal and with sharp finishing and I hurt myself.

Good location if you don't want to stay inside Venice and not spend much to have a private room. Easy straight walk to the train station and just a couple blocks from the bus to the airport. Clean and comfortable.

The shower space is very narrow and the water spills all over the bathroom. In the rooms you could hear everything from the hallway.

The hotel was very nice. The location is great - close to the train station where you can catch a train to Venice and close to the centre of Mestre. The rooms were clean and spacious. A big plus is the availability of parking, but be aware that there is a charge of 8€ per day.

Size of shower area is small but the shower works fine

Room size is enough. The hotel is very near the train station (Venice Mestre) and the bus station (going to Venice). Clerk Elizabeth helped us get the card for the public transportation

We could hear everything, voices, water from the toilet from the other rooms, everything happening around our room. We had to leave the key card in the hotel when we were about to go out, which was strange, because when we returned and asked for it, we were not even asked to show ID and got the key card immediately (from a different receptionist who didn't know us). Doesn't seem very safe...

The location is good, about 10 minutes from the train station from which we could get to Venice in few minutes.

what was really disturbing was sound maybe from the outside ventilator or from somewhere but as we were pretty tired we felt asleep. but it was really disturbing (we were on the 2nd floor)

we only spent one night on our way to Rome here. It is close to train station (we walked app 15 minutes there with my 12 y old daughter on Saturday night around 11pm and felt pretty safe). Our train got broken so instead of 8pm we arrived at 11pm. But reception is 24 hours so it was not a problem. Guy at reception even helped us with luggage to 2nd floor as there was not elevator. room was spacious, clean as well as bathroom.

Breakfast - really poor quality, cheapest products, tasteless, cold, waste of money, it is better to have it outside the hotel. The location of the hotel (especially at the evening or night) is also so so but acceptable.

Staff very nice and helpful. The room small but OK. Ask for a kettle if you like coffee or tea in the morning. Good connection with Venice with the bus. Close to the railway station, from which you can reach the Bologna airport (if needed). A supermarket at a walking distance (in the direction of Mestre Centre).

It was quite cold especially the first night, because the blankets provided were really thin. The next day when we came back to the hotel in the evening they changed the blankets to thicker ones without us asking. It was still cold though and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to help. The shower gel provided has a very weird consistency and smell. We ended up using our own.

The staff where really friendly and helpful. Our train was very delayed but late check in was not a problem. They answered any questions we had and were just nice people.
