There were no normal heaters, and the AC worked (in order to warm up my room) only when the guests from the next room didn't use it to chill their room, because it was interconnected somehow.

The host is very friendly and really tries to offer you everything you need, there was tea and coffee available in a shared kitchen.

The owner was very polite and friendly. Easy check in and check out. The rooms were clean and on par with hotel rooms. The location is amazing, you can get to the central station in a few minutes on foot. And the price was reasonable.

Perfect location, 4min walking from Milano Centrale. 30min walking from Duomo (or 10min by metro). The staff is very nice and gentle.

Unfortunately, there were construction works taking place just outside the building during the days we stayed at the property. This is not on the property, but looking back, we would've liked to have known in advance! We found a communication in the building so the works were planned. It was a bit of a surprise since it woke us up every morning at 8am!

The room was comfortable and cosy. The position was also very convenient as it was only a 10-minute walk from the Central Station. We loved that were supplied with disposable slippers! We were also able to check-in early and the lady that let us in was very kind.

The noise. The street was under construction so was the apartment above ours. The room is quite small, not a lot of storage place and not really suitable for work.

It was a little bit difficult to find the hotel. It looked like an apartment, and you could rent a room with a private bathroom.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The room was exceptionally clean and equipped with all the facilities I expected. The fast Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected, while the air conditioner ensured a comfortable atmosphere. Additional amenities like a small fridge and a hair dryer added convenience to my stay. The private bathroom was also well-maintained, making for a truly seamless experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its attention to detail and outstanding service.

Everything was great, there isn't one thing I would change.

The room was extremely clean. Beds were made nicely, floors were well cleaned, and the bathroom was spotless. Very close to Milano Centrale train Station which is why we stayed there. Met our expectations for needing somewhere to sleep before catching an early train.
