1 bedroom villa was more like a studio with the bed next to the kitchen in one room. No sitting area and they added an extra bed literally in the kitchen area for our child. The shower drained very slowly and we ran out of toilet paper. Would have been nice if dinner was available.

Some maintenance needs to be done to the kitchen but otherwise all OK. I would add a toaster and electric kettle.

Perfect location and very close to Etnaland Aquapark. Close to shopping centre too. The pool area is very nice. Children enjoyed the table tennis and table soccer. The tennis court was great too.

Since the house in nature area, there are a lot of insects like mosquito's and others that I don't know the name of. "Insect screens" in front of the windows and doors would be a huge benefit. The toilet was chucked away in the corner of the bathroom between the bidet and the shower, with almost no space. However, the bathroom was very spacious, this could have been designed more comfortable.

The nature area is fantastic. Just to relax and have a nice swim in the pool. Full of citrus trees, palm trees, and fig trees

The showers were very inconvenient and downright dangerous for taller people. The wifi was difficult to negotiate. There is no signage at the front gate making it stressful to find and entry required patience while someone opened the gate. In-room facilities were minimal

We had an initial issue with the front office not recognising our booking. It took a while but they eventually found our booking and all was in order. It would have been good to have a couple of pool towels, however this wasn't an inconvenience for us. We also weren't made aware that they offered breakfast and dinner service, which was a pity because we loved the complex and would have liked to dine there. We were informed of the breakfast option towards the end of the stay, however the breakfast was fantastic when we opted for it on the last day.

The rooms were very spacious and very clean. Some of the furniture is a bit dated but didn't impact our stay at all. The bedrooms are huge with each room having an ensuite. Each room also had a fully functioning A/C so we were never too hot during our stay in summer (August). We used to the fridge, the stove, the wifi, showers/bathrooms, and everything was in working order. The entire villa was spotless and very clean. Moreover, the pool is a very big size and very clean. The entire complex is beautiful with olive trees dotting the complex itself. The area around the complex is a bit dirty with rubbish littering the streets however the city of Paterno itself is nice and has a decent number of restaurants. From our perspective we wanted to go to Etnaland and it was a 10-15 minute drive from the Agriturismo; this property is ideal to stay at if you are specifically aiming to go to Etnaland. We also opted to have breakfast for 10 euros per person on one of the days which was super filling and had all types of food. In my opinion, it was great value for money for the volume of food that you got.

honestly nothing, as it’s all set on an established estate filled with trees and nestled in nature it was all simply perfect. The Villa was perfectly clean, large rooms and good facilities in each room.

You can hardly see any staff. The agriturismo doesn't actually provide any food so you have either go the mall or go up to Paternò to eat something. Or even if they do (?) again with no staff around it was impossible to ask or get any information. The villa we stayed in smelled like it has been closed for a long time. The towels were not cleaned. The hob wasn't working and it has a gas tank. Dishwasher hasn't been used in a long time and it was a bit smelly and full of limescale, basically unusable. The pool was enjoyable but the sun beds were constantly dirty and never cleaned, also the beautiful sunbed you can see on these pictures are actually not in use and broken. The chicco house for kids or the table tennis are covered with dust and no one bothers to clean them either. Unusable again. I am not sure what happened to this place because in the picture looks great with a lot of potential but it is clearly in a kind of abandoned state. Agree with other review that saying that the roads around this place are FULL of garbage of any kind. Terrible.

The pool and the privacy Ok to spend a night here because it's close to mount Etna but not more than that.
