It was a Saturday night and streets were full with party goers, music etc late into the night which was great but quite noisy in the room. Ear plugs were provided!!!!

Quirky! Excellent location in the Old Town. Tea / coffee freely available at reception area which was really nicely organised. Auto check in and when receptionist did arrive he was soooo helpful with advice and directions etc etc.

Historic buildings don’t always have lift access. While not a problem for me as I was travelling with light luggage , could be an issue for others with mobility issues or heavy suitcases .

In a great location in the centre of the historic old town . Decor was thoughtful and reflected Basque traditions. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Just need to highlight that the pass key is needed for the electricity, although the little box is by the door it was very deceaving.

Great location. Although this is in a private block, they have the whole floor, beautiful inside and very atmospheric. Ladies on reception so helpful. Although staying on my own I felt very safe.

Cool place in a great location in the old town.. historic building with a modern & interesting design. Staffs were so very lovely, advance communication and coordination was perfect, everything was professionally run, bed was comfortable, everything in good working order. It is in a super vibrant area (called the triangle) where lots of people gather and party till late, so if you’re sensitive to noise it may be better to just go down and join the party and not worry about it.. would easily recommend to others

Only thing missing was a fridge but that was the style of accommodation so that was fine.

Great location in old area of city - easy to access main attractions like the Guggenheim. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave excellent advice. Room looked very funky 😁

Noise from the street, restaurant and pub may be disturbing at night. A slightly uncomfortable bathroom with a sliding milk-glass door that cannot be closed completely.

The location was generally good, an atmospheric place. The staff is very nice and helpful, offering information about the city and events. Someone who likes old towns should be satisfied with the location, hotel and room design.

Shower has no power (not possible to wash your hair), mattress was a bit too firm for us, and downside of super central location is there is some noise from the streets. For me, it was doable with earplugs (which are provided), but it may not be for everyone

I loved the interior. The location is also nice - just keep in mind that you’re in the middle of Bilbao old town which means it can get quite busy and loud in the evening as the old town is packed with people sitting outside, drinking, laughing and talking.

Wonderful house and wow! for the rooms! From the minute we entered we felt at home, and what a nice one. We especially liked the supply of tea and coffee and that everything was easily reached by walking. Our home was right in the middle of the spanish life, pintxos and history!

It was difficult, for me, to carry my luggage up and down stairs. Additionally the stair well was very dark.

Location very good. Handy for nightlife being right in the old town where cafes, restaurants and bars are plentiful.

Nothing really.

The bed was soooo comfortable. Great central location. Vicki is such a great and friendly manager.. We also got a free room upgrade. Internet was fast as my partner was able to hold an online video call.

Keeping in mind that it is an old building, first day hot water did not run after 2 minutes. I did not have similar problem afterwards but I was being extra quick not to risk it, too. My guess is there is a reservoir of hot water and I was unlucky enough to have a bath after a few other guests.

It was very central with easy access at the historical part of the city. There are bars, public places and restaurants all around. I want to thank the morning receptionist Vicky extra for her hospitality.
