The room was nice but would benefit from a kettle. The shower was poor with very poor water pressure. Breakfast was ok but could be improved.

The area is beautiful and the property is on a vinyard were you can wander around. The pool area is also nice for relaxing. The room was a good size for a family of 4.

Everything was good. I can not think of what could have been improved upon. The driveway entrance has a drop off that can scrape the bottom of the car.

Location in beautiful Tuscany vinyard with a local fox visitor nightly. The rooms were well air conditioned. The pool was amazing with friendly guests. The dinners were 5 star and the chef was incredible.

the bed could be better and the fridge a lil bigger. but what I didn’t like was the lack of communication from people that work there. We arrive at 14:45, the lunch only goes till 15h and the chef already have left … so we didn’t have what to eat, they told us to go to the “city” and was totally and completely close and they knew it would be. the next night we got down to dinner and the restaurant was simply close and no one warn us that the restaurant of the hotel wouldn’t work on Tuesday. Us and another couple stayed without dinner AT ALL !! they went to the city that is also closed for dinners at Tuesdays … the four of us went sleep without dinner. If we knew that the restaurant of the hotel (that is with at least 10 people there at that time) wouldnt work that day we would have stayed longer at Pienza and dinner there !! That made me very angry … totally lack of consideration with the guest

the place is very pretty … and the girls that attend at dinner are so nice. The chef is very friendly and the Dinner food is really good … I got in love with the lil Fox that comes join us for dinner

The location was good enough.

Great place and service. We don’t remember the name, but the receptionist from Ukraine was lovely and made our stay unforgettable. The wine was totally recommended, very very good. I also recommend their restaurant, great food and chef.

We had concerns about the welfare of the penned animals kept on the property. We notified the staff who are working on it.

Beautiful property and lovely decor in the rooms. Outdoor restaurant was wonderful, the food and wine was delicious. Pool and lounge chairs were great. Lots of cats and kittens around was a plus for our children.

That they are not so good organized. I think it’s the owners problem, not to have enough personal.

The location, the property, the swimming pool, the apartment, food and excellent wine. The view is beautiful, olive trees, …very kind and helpful staff. There is not enough staff there. One girl was there for the whole day, she came for breakfast and stayed there till dinner. she was running around. For so many guests and in the rush hour it was not easy for her. The cook is also so kind, helpful, you can asked him whatever you want and he was willing to prepare you everything.

Wow!!! Beautiful location in the middle of nature... comfortable rooms (we were 5) - large , air-conditioneded, the Location was a good start for a trips to south toscany, free parking for our car, the restaurant ws very good and we ate both breakfast (included) and dinner which were very good. The highlight of the place was of course the pool which was super for the 37c degrees out side.

Bed wasn’t good and drain smelled in our room (old house and drains?) Otherwise really good stay. I would have liked vegetables for breakfast.

Beautiful agriturismo, we really liked the environment. Good location to visit in the villages of Toscany. We ate dinner once and it was good. Pool area really nice. Staff helpfull and kind, all went well.

A bit smaller rooms compared to what we expected (the photos were accurate, but somehow when seeing them we had the impression that the space would be larger / arranged differently for more privacy; we traveled as a group of 4 adults and booked the “Deluxe family room”). The hosts were able to help us make different arrangements combining another booking we had, so we actually stayed 3 adults in the room and it turned out great.

A good sign outside since it's very easy to skip it when it's dark. Rooms need renovation.

Nice, quiet hotel in a beautiful area, surrounded by wineries. The girl at the reception was lovely, very friendly and nice, she make us feel welcomed. I liked that there were some animals who seemed well taken care of.
