There is a railway line that runs very close by and the passing trains woke us up very early

A beautiful country estate that has been very well maintained. It is a 5 minute drive from the beach. The staff is very welcoming and responsive. The one bedroom apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need. The restaurant offers fantastic dining and excellent service.

There is nowhere to dry towels. More hangers or drying racks would be nice.

The accommodation is located in an agricultural area and can be reached by a gravel road, which is easy to walk. A magical island among farmlands. It is surrounded by a huge, beautiful park with giant pine trees. The pool and its surroundings are peaceful, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, everything is available in the kitchen for cooking. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The breakfast is plentiful and extremely varied, the service is attentive and kind, we ate very delicious food. There is free parking. Everything was very nice!

Would have liked a little more info about the facilities and surrounding area.

Comfortable large room. Lots of parking availability on site. Not sure about the pool in the room as advertised - it was a marble spa tub just outside the room in the garden. Restaurant food was good quality, very tasty, well presented (if a little pricey) and the wine we had was good. Good range of food at breakfast which was filling, set us up for the day. Would recommend this place for a short stay.

We had a wonderful time here! Agriturismo Villa Toscana is a great place for those wanting to explore this beautiful part of Tuscany and also spend some time relaxing. The Agriturismo is spacious and green, we loved the pool facilities and the breakfast and restaurant were truly great. I would recommend coming here by car. We travelled by car, and I think it would be more difficult to travel around the area with just public transport.

We we’re not aware of the loudness of the events before arriving, so we recommed to ask in advance of any events are being held and to get a room in the new building if you are sensitive to loud music.

The king “suite” was very simple. The lounge area had just a sofa, a small minibar and a dining table. It seemed a bit empty, almost unfinished. A couple days before arrival, I have messaged them via booking.com for the confirmation that there was a free bike rental so that we could book the bikes. I never received a reply and when asked at the desk they called a rental company that charged 31 euro for using two bikes for less than a day. I just checked and in the property description it says: free bike rental. When they charged I thought I misread it and paid, but it is clearly stated there.

Beautiful settings in the quiet countryside just minutes from the beautiful beaches. The pool is nice as well as the restaurant in the property. Bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast selection was ok, but not as nice as I expected based on the previous night’s dining experience. The far overwhelming majority consisted of sweet cakes. A toaster would have been a simply solution to jazz up the non-cake options.

The location of Villa Toscana is amazing and the property itself is beautiful, very peaceful, and perfectly equipped! Plenty of space to walk around, relax by the pool surrounded by trees, and enjoy a great breakfast. I found the stay there to be honestly great and I definitely see myself going there again for a relaxing week close to the sea. Furthermore, the owner Tiziana was exceptionally kind and accommodating and even suggested us a beautiful route to take when returning to Florence where we really admired the beautiful Tuscan nature, surrounded by vineyards. I 100% recommend staying here to anyone planning to visit the area! :)

Having a shower head over a claw foot bath was bizarre and unusuable. Why not just install good walk in Shower? We particularly disliked the breakfast set up where you had two rather officious waitresses behind a table putting everything on a plate for you. Ie not self service and the objective one felt was to shame you into having nothing..'oh you want two pieces of bread do you?' Then you say can i have butter and jam and it's embarrassing and you daren't go up for more. I just see why they don't have a self service buffet like every other classy hotel. Well i suppose meaness and not wanting anyone to eat anythingis the objective??? Whatever, it makes breafast torture.

The grounds were absolutely stunning! Enjoyed the outside pool The staff were so friendly & helpful An extra grazie mille to Tiziana! We ate at the restaurant for dinner, exceptionally delicious Appreciated the Server's attentiveness! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, so much natural light. Enjoyed the robe & slippers

Served rich breakfast buffet! Excellent fresh bread. Everything you wish! The dinner card is recommandable as well! The operators supported us in a difficult situation with best advice and assistance. They let me charge my car at their socket for free!

The wi-fi in our room/apartment was poor but they gave us a voucher for a one nights stay to make up for that which we were happy with.

I liked the quiet country atmosphere. We were also upgraded to an apartment without asking for it 🙂 A generally lovely place that I will definitely visit again in season when the swimming pool is open. I loved the fireplace at the breakfast house and the breakfast was fresh and lovely.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property except I would prefer if house keeping came by a little more often.

The entire property was beautiful. Great pool, spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. When I think of Tuscany I always think rustic beautiful countryside with beautiful beaches. This property epitomizes that. In Addition to all that it was a Good bargain. And last but not least the staff at villa Toscana are absolutely wonderful. Very kind and eager to take care of their guests. They even allowed us to charge out electric car on the property for free which saved us a lot of time and money. Definitely worth it and I would definitively stay their again.

if you don’t have a car, you are stuck there. cleaning was not perfect, one day the room was not made.

the breakfast is overpriced and what we got was not what was described on the menu. we were told that we could easily get a cab to go out for dinner and when we tried the next day to get to dinner they told us that it would cost 150€-200€

the property is very nice and perfect for people who just want to relax
