Location was great, the view even more sublime! Walking up to the view of the Garda lake. Staff were very friendly and there is a shuttle service from where you’ve parked your car to the hotel.

The view from the balcony was extraordinarily amazing! The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Even though the hotel could not be accessed by car, they allowed us to park at another hotel and provided a buggy service.

I didn't get the room that I paid for. When i booked the room, the photos on Booking.com showed a room with a large balcony and two separate doors to access the balcony. When I arrived, I only got a room with a smaller balcony (Room 212). When I checked with the Hotel staff, I was advised that the photos are incorrect and no such room existed. When I looked over my balcony (and also from the ground level on the pedestrian pathway), I could tell that the room I was supposed to get is right next to mine, room 214. I'm not sure what/where went wrong but please be aware when you're checking in.

The rooms are modern and refurbished. The hotel was clean. Bed and shower was excellent. The room I got was large enough to leave two 81cm check in luggages open! The view from the balcony was breathtaking!!!! Location of the hotel was perfect if you're planning to arrive by ferry and take the ferry to other towns. The dock is right in front of it! The hotel kitchen staff were lovely! Amazing views from the swimming pool. Remember to call the hotel's buggy service! I didn't know they had such a service and lugged our luggages down 700m from the main road.

Would have been good if served food and drink when in pool area. Nice seating which did not seem to get used. Lots of young staff in bar area that would benefit from further training! Naffi seemed to be only one that came to take orders while others walked away

The constant stream of wasps around the breakfast area (eat inside !) no lift (but they will deliver cases to room) and too many tourist day boats pulling in right next door. Not the hotels fault but it does lead to LSG being overcrowded at peak times.

Amazing location, right in the heart of town, but you do need the golf buggy pick up service from the hotel car park. Pool area and terrace offer sublime views of lake and mountains behind (the hotels best feature). Pleasant staff, nice onsite restaurant.

We had some bad weather during the night, and the electricity went out a couple of times, and the aircon stopped working during the night. But would still recommend this place:)

We were originally put in a room in the annex that was dark and totally detached from the hotel. We complained and they put us in a nice room with sea-view. very happy that they changed our room.

Can be a abit noisy from the street, no traffic though, but that is to be expected given the location.

The staff was very service-minded and friendly and always there to assist or help you if you were in need. The newly renovated rooms were really nice and would definitely recommend picking a renovated room, you will not regret it.

Had a suite on the top floor at first but windows were quite low and there were some low beams, which didn't suit my tall husband. The balcony was to the side of the hotel so didn't have quite the lake front views we were expecting. Spoke to the staff and they changed our room as quickly as they could, which was much appreciated.

The location cannot be beaten and the junior suites are beautiful with stunning lake views.

Our plans in Italy changed and we needed extra days at this location. The communication was swift, clear and concise (Rossanna). We got another 2 days in the same room to start our stay earlier. Very grateful. What really made this location special was the staff, they are all very helpful and happy. Special thanks to Gavino for exceptional service at the table. The pool was an added bonus, very relaxing. Having a ferry stop located outside was great for people watching with an Aperol Spritz and nibbles.
