Television was horrid. You could only weather for two minutes at a time before it started reloading. Then you were asked to pay for an upgrade to a web based carrier.

I couldn't understand the desk clerk. He said my reservation wasn't on his computer even though it was confirmed on my phone: he had to run my credit card through again. Hopefully I wasn't double charged, I haven't had the chance to check my account yet. There was no in room coffee service, and I was up at 5:00 AM the snack bar was closed and main door locked.

The bed was hard, and the room smelled like weed. I had air fresher and spray in the air conditioner from outside, which helped. The water was brown, but I figured it was from the plumbing that probably needed to be upgraded. Just don't drink it. The flooring was missing pieces. The curtains were worn out. The breakfast was horrible. They had bagels and one container of foodlion brand cream cheese for everyone to use. The jelly was the same. You would think that we are just barely making it through covid. This wouldn't have happened.. Overall, the owner should spend a little more money on the upkeep of the inside like they did on the outside to give us these great pictures for the site. Just don't be fooled by the pictures. It's ok stay for the price and for what we need it for. (a 1 night stay) It's definitely not a luxury stay.

The floors were peeling and the water in the toilet was a light brown color. I guess being in the country they don't have city water.

The location was nice, but the floors were not up to standards, they were old and looked bad, I must say if the weather was good for memorial day weekend we would have tired the pool if it was open. Overall it was clean and nice

Flooring had water damage. Deadbolt on door didn't work. Refrigerator in room squealed, so I unplugged it. Phone in room didn't work so couldn't call front desk about refrigerator.

curtains in the room were old we had to pin them together so no one could look in. need to update the stove in room 216 as well as mini fridge didn’t work

like that he let me do an early check in with no cost. like that they have smoking rooms. Like that they have smart tvs was able to watch tubi bed was pretty comfy

It said pay at property. I got a call they were cancelling room due to expired card. I gave the replacement card info, when I arrived. I had to call to get my bill as no one was in the office when I was trying to check out. The had changed changed the rate! I used to love this hotel. The water was brown, the bottom of the tub was brown, replace floor boards were crooked wrong size and dangerously. Only two staff members were nice. One manager never ever smiled. I was locked out of my room for an hour because battery on door went dead. I had to sit in my car! NO APOLOGY! They made sure I paid 50 dollars PLUS TAX for my 6 pound doggie. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE?

Location and cost were great. The bed was comfortable and the room a good size. The bad, the floors in our room were not clean, there was sticky "stuff" on the counter and dresser/nightstand tops, and the linens on the one bed when we turned down the blanket were either stained or dirty in spots. We simply wiped things down and used the other bed since we were only there for one night. If we had stayed longer, I would have called the front desk for a cleaning and new bedding. There was no smoke/CO2 detector in our room...the hook up was there for it, but it was missing, and the vent cover in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. There were a lot of upgrades with the new beds, paint and flooring, just needs a bit more TLC. It was OK for an overnight stay, and better than other places I have stayed, so I definitely rate this a fair.
