Very unique property. Old elevator, charming building with many terraces. Attic room has its own terrace, view is amazing in day and in night as well.

The pressure of the shower is not the best and the temperature varies, but apart from that, our stay was perfect.

The place is really beautiful and comfortable, the beds are comfortable and the room has a proper size. The host, Cate, makes your stay wonderful, she is super attentive and sweet. The breakfast is super complete. Is really well located, is apart from the main center, but half a block away from the metro and only 2 stations away from the termini and 4 from the colloseum. I would totally stay again here and recommend it.

Breakfast could have been better, like having eggs, higher quality bread. However if you are into sweet breakfast was good!

Staff were nice and friendly. 100 m away from Metro station line B. I liked it that was far from the tourist madness and rather calm area, while still very accessible. Super nice terrace.

The hotel is 2 stops from Termini station. There is a metro stop and bus stops in front of it. You will not have any problems with transportation. The room we stayed in was very nice. The interior was newly renovated and very spacious. Room cleaning was done well every day. The operators are very kind and good people. They also have breakfast every morning, although it didn't appeal to us, we tried it. You have to pay Rome city tax of 6€ per person per night.

Pleasant stay, a little far from the city center but well served by public transport (Policlinico metro station is a 2 minutes walk away, which takes you to the city center in a few minutes). Very friendly and attentive staff, who promptly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. We have arrived late at night after check-in time, but we had no issues. The staff provided all the check-in details in advance, so we can enter by ourselves. Breakfast was nice, but little varied.

There is a common bathroom for some rooms, and there was quite chilly in December.:) There was no kettle for tea available, if you wanted to make tea in the evening.

The location is great, metro is just around the corner, 5min and you are at Termini station. Rooms were clean, quite big, with TV and fridge. Breakfast was simple, but delicious. Totally recommend this place for staying.

Breakfasts are only sweet - Italian style: croissant, yoghurt, nutella, cookies. The building is rather old so the doors and walls are thin - a little bit noisy at night. Be prepared that metro in Rome is sometimes extremely crowded (especially mornings and after work) and you might not catch the first train.

Clean and comfortable room, wifi and AC works well. It's not located in the city centre but it's close (2min) to metro station and just few stops from Coloseum. Hotel is rather easy to find and we could self checkin at any time. Nice terrace but unfortunately we didn't eat breakfast there as it was too cold.

We liked All Comfort Astoria Palace. A very good location right near the Metro Plicliniko , just 5 munutes to the Colisei by metro. The owner a very kind modam , I dont know the name unfortunately. She is very nice. By the way they have very beautiful terassas

Everything was perfect!

Everything worked perfectly well: Kind and professional staff, a very clean and comfortable room, and very pleasant common spaces (terraces, dining room, etc). The B&B is very well located, just a few meters away from the subway and tramway.

Rooms are not soundproof, I had a really hard time sleeping as guests overall are not mindful when walking around the property. A second lock on the room’s door would also provide extra safety.

Good location, very attentive staff, not a luxurious place but you get what you paid for. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds are comfortable overall. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but fresh and satisfying.

We wished the reception was available when we arrived to ask a couple questions.

The opportunity to enjoy the view of the city while drinking a take-away Aperol Spritz on the balcony is amazing. The bathrooms are also really well maintained and extremely clean. We also asked if they could make an exception for us and anticipate the breakfast because we had to leave early and they accomodated the request beautifully, leaving us some food in the room. It was really appreciated. The Hotel is located next to the Metro which is also great for moving around.
