Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWe didn't know the restaurant would be closed for dinner both nights of our stay, so we had to find alternatives, which are not very numerous at this time of year.
Location was the main advantage: close to the basilica obviously and to the national museum and other sites. The staff were helpful in moving our luggage on the stairs.

HungaryThe room should have been ready when we arrived but it wasn't. The hostess wanted my grown son and me to stay in a single queen size bed even though we had reserved two single beds. So we had to wait while they prepared a room with 2 single size beds. Also although I am familiar with Italian showers draining directly on the floor this one was particularyly bad because the shower current wasn't big enough to close all the way. So no matter how you showered water got all over the bathroom, not just on the shower floor.

ItalyGo and Stay you will not be disappointed! The family, who owns both the restauarant and the hotel, made sure that each guest felt comfortable and happy. “La Mamma” is an outgoing woman who makes you feel like an old friend from the moment you say hello! It is a 5 minute walk to all of the main monuments, but in a quiet area. The rooms are charming and Clean Clean Clean! I had requested a special summer dish for dinner earlier in the day and the owner/chef/matriarch said it would be available…..fried zucchini flowers!! Delicious! There is also ample parking if needed. I arrived by train into another town and than took a 12 minute bus ride.

HungaryIf I have to write negative opinion, wifi did not work. The system didn't accept the WiFi code. But to tell you the truth I didn't care it, I didn't want to use Internet, so I didn't sign this problem to the staff.
A perfect accommodation next to Grado! Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, excellent kitchen (amazing dishes), rich breakfast, comfortable bed, clean, well equipped rooms. Perfect choice!

SwitzerlandI couldnt open the blinds in my room, it was very dark. The lady serving the breakfast was busy with me and two other guests. We waited for coffee and food for +20min because she was fighting on the phone, which resulted in stress in order to check out on time. i didn't feel welcome, the staff never spared a smile or worse, wouldn't acknowledge me at all. I was sitting for more than 20min in the restaurant but nobody came to even say hi to me (i even changed positions so i would be more visible - it was not crowded!). I then left at some point because I wouldnt want to know how long i'd have to wait for food once i get served.
the room is absolutely fine, the bed is comfortable. a private bathroom and the location are extraordinary for that price. I could leave my luggage there for 2 hours after i checked out!
