The accommodation is very neat, clean, and cozy. The room was cleaned and snacks were provided for breakfast every day. The owner is a wonderful person.

Sound insulation was not great, so we could hear a lot of noises from our neighbouring rooms throughout the night.

Nothing, which could be fixed by the owner :-) (the day and night were extremely warm, but we were tired enough to have a good sleep, even with opened window and traffic on the road)

The property manager was super kind and helpfull. The location for 1 night stay is perfect, the rooms are equipped quite well, the bed is comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom was perfectly clean. Breakfast was "medium-continental", enough and tasty to start the journey after, but only included sweets. We are coffee-enthusiasts, so we could imagine better coffee, however we understand, that it is not always possible :-) Parking was also good.

Quite noisy because of the big traffic on the E55. Breakfast is some fruits, cookies and nescafe in the room.

Basic, simple room. It was suitable for a one night stay on our trip and it was ok for the price. Our hosts were very nice and friendly.

Transportation to the main touristic areas is not very straightforward. As we went there with our car, the most convenient way was to drive to the main city parking place of Venice, which takes around 15 minutes from the hotel. Then we took bus to get to the Venice. In overall, it takes ~30 minutes to get to the touristic areas. Regarding our room, you can easily hear the noises from the hallway in the morning.

The staff (Mr. Fausto and his wife) were very friendly and gave us good tips regarding our visit to Venice. Free and private car parking was another plus. Location-wise, it is away from the main city and the big crowds. In overall, the price-performance ratio was well.

Very kind host with very good English, he had provided us very useful information about Venice like where to park our car, the path we should go, where to eat local food, etc. Very fair price. Delicious home-made sweats in the room :-) Good pizza & pasta in a restaurant just across the road. The trip to Venice by car tooks 25 mins.

We stayed only one night but we really enjoyed the stay. The host was very kind and helpful and showed us everything. There are some toys for kids outside the house. There is air conditioning in the hall of the building. If you drive to Venice its a very short journey (6-7min to the bridge)

AC not working, not Access to the kitchen, my room doesn’t have fridge. We Could hear the noice from the front route all night long
