Exceptional staff that go above and beyond your needs. The spa is staffed with really friendly and professional physical therapists. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to relax in style. Also recommend choosing a room with a mountain view.

It is not something we didnt like, but something we would prefer - a small pool for kids.

The property was very clean, it has a nice garden and lounge area where kids could play. The food was delicious. The property is located just 5-10min by foot from the cable car.

Significant payment for use of pool table (not told to us upfront, found out while checking out), which should not be a problem if clearly communicated. Overall hospitaly (proactiveness) could improve.

The hotel doesn't have air conditioning so our room got a little hot during the day (understandable since it's July!), but once we figured out the exterior shades, we were able to keep it at a comfortable temperature.

Service, amenities, and food at Alpenwellness Hotel were all exceptional! We appreciated the spacious room as well as the relaxation areas the hotel offers. The sauna/wellness area, pool, and hot tub were a great place to relax after hiking and the view of Tre Cime from the patio is incredible. We did breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was plentiful and high quality. We really appreciated the front desk and restaurant staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay! The hotel car park had plenty of space throughout our stay so it was easy to drive to nearby hikes.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, with lots of options. The staff (especially at the restaurant) were very attentive, remembering all requests I made for future meals.

Beds a bit hard but just to say something

Great service, this place breath hospitality, staff very friendly and welcoming, beautiful decoration and stunning views from the hotel terrace. Perfect place to relax and rest. The hotel organize different activities for guests without extra costs, which make the trip very convenient. Other activities are charged but all with reasonable prices. Ideal place to plan hikes, near to turist attractions like 3 cimmes and Braies lake. Hiking gear was borrowed to us (hikes sticks and backpack). Great and generous dinner, wonderful breakfast, cozy atmosphere. Service available in multiple languages. I did no tried the spa but looked great.

The cleaning service didn't respect the door signs, and the pillows were not very comfortable. The room was also too warm for the bedding (a light comforter), and no AC or fan is available.

The food was excellent, and there were hiking sticks and a bag available to use during the stay.

Although they have shuttle bus for returning from slopes, we went by car.

we stayed in the apartment and we loved it. it was clean and specious, it has a terrace and view on the mountains. Food is amazing, breakfast and dinner were very delicious. At dinner you choose menu and they serve it a la cart, but it is very delicious and you have selection of appetizers at buffet.

The staff in the restaurant could be more professional, not wearing masks properly and not explaining the menu The poolwater was way too cold, as described (29 Celsius) Although we put a no disturbing sign on our room, the maid went in It would be nice to have the opportunity to regulate the room temperature, as the heating wasn't adjustable

- We had initially booked a standard room (north oriented) and the room happened to be right in front of the parking! We asked the reception if we could change and they did offer us to change for another room (which was fantastic as mentioned above) but we got a comment from the receptionist saying that this is what we should expect when booking a standard room. However, honestly, when you are paying for a room worth over 200 euros a night, having a view on the parking lot is really not something that you would expect.... - The bathroom is very old fashioned and should be renovated. To cite a few examples, the toilet was not flushing right, the shower had little pressure, the hair dryer was very old, etc. We were not expecting this as the pictures shown on booking included fully renovated bathrooms.

- The room: very spacious with a breathtaking view over the mountains! - The dinners and breakfasts: very large choice and high quality food. They also offer an afternoon snack bar with a variety of cold salty/sweet snacks which was very pleasant when coming back from a hiking trip. - The spa: the massages we got were amazing!!

Beautiful Hotel, Has its own parking garage. The Hotel is right besides a Ski-Lift Gondola, wich you can also use without Ski-Equipment. It‘s a very nice place if you want to stay there and do some Skiing but also Hiking. Also the Staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The Spa-area is small but it absolutely serves its purpose. The Dining-Room is just beautiful with a stunning View. The Dinner is just magical and well put together. All in all it is really worth its money and we just can recommend to stay in Hotel St. Veit if you visit Sesto (Sexten)
