Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumFrom the outside the place looks promising. Inside it’s old. Rooms are tiny and barely leave space to put your suitcase somewhere. Furniture is old. Bathroom is old - but clean. Overall, rooms haven’t been updated in a long time. That doesn’t do justice to the Ambassador name quite frankly. Absolutely not worth a 4star ranking. Even though staff are super friendly, this place needs a solid makeover.
The hotel is perfectly located for summer tourists, literally 30-40 m from the beach.

United KingdomI have asked for a toothbrush and they asked me to pay for it when it should be part of the courtesy kit offered by a 4 star hotel. The room is pretty small and although I booked a triple, there were only two towels in the bathroom.
The staff was available and friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

UkraineThat was the worst hotel I've ever been. All the staff are robbers. While check in they have cancelled my reservation through booking.com to do not pay commissions. Also at the last day during my breakfast someone from the staff has stollen all my cash in my hotel room, but I did not checked it at once only on my way back home. So, it was too late for a claim, police etc. Never book this hotel!!! Take care and be careful!

Stayed one night and honestly I wished we never went there. It was a total scam, they looked at the car from a camera that they placed outside and adjusted the price according to that. We arrived at 1 am night and we planned to leave in early morning. We payed 30 euro for parking and if we wanted to stay two extra hours in the morning we had to pay 20 euro more in advance! They were crazy scammers! Do not book!
