Rooms are very dated

From the outside the place looks promising. Inside it’s old. Rooms are tiny and barely leave space to put your suitcase somewhere. Furniture is old. Bathroom is old - but clean. Overall, rooms haven’t been updated in a long time. That doesn’t do justice to the Ambassador name quite frankly. Absolutely not worth a 4star ranking. Even though staff are super friendly, this place needs a solid makeover.

The hotel is perfectly located for summer tourists, literally 30-40 m from the beach.

Boor quality Not clean Not comfortable Differently doesn’t worth the money and differently not 4 stars.. barely 1 star.. furthermore I asked the staff for various things and they answered NO for all.. such like Iron they dont have, a lighter they don’t have, a lint roller they don’t have .. even though they told me to go buy it myself. Not Recommended!

I have asked for a toothbrush and they asked me to pay for it when it should be part of the courtesy kit offered by a 4 star hotel. The room is pretty small and although I booked a triple, there were only two towels in the bathroom.

The staff was available and friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

The location is not in the main Rimini beach area .. way down had to walk over an hour to get to the nice area of Rimini with the good bars and restaurants .. Charged 25 per day for car parking . 15 per day for my little dog.. would not give me a kettle for my room .. small room

There were steps leading to the rooms after coming out of the lift. It was a little inconvenient for people with heavy luggages.

That was the worst hotel I've ever been. All the staff are robbers. While check in they have cancelled my reservation through booking.com to do not pay commissions. Also at the last day during my breakfast someone from the staff has stollen all my cash in my hotel room, but I did not checked it at once only on my way back home. So, it was too late for a claim, police etc. Never book this hotel!!! Take care and be careful!

Stayed one night and honestly I wished we never went there. It was a total scam, they looked at the car from a camera that they placed outside and adjusted the price according to that. We arrived at 1 am night and we planned to leave in early morning. We payed 30 euro for parking and if we wanted to stay two extra hours in the morning we had to pay 20 euro more in advance! They were crazy scammers! Do not book!

The first reason was that I wanted to inquire about some information about the reservation, but unfortunately, or were my inquiries answered by the hotel wrote a letter to them in order to inquire about what was happening, but no one from the management came to me, and that made me upset about the indifference of customers, and I rate this hotel in one star
