Solo female traveler here. Like home away from home. Charming building with modern comforts, great water pressure and comfy mattress. QUIET at night. Windows with screens made sleeping a delight! Breakfast is no longer served but my room had a nespresso coffee maker and kettle. The common area also had a nespresso, kettle, water, toaster and an ample assortment of packaged croissants, etc to get your day going. There was a common refrigerator that I used to store yogurt, fruit etc that I purchased at the grocery store. Danielle and Alessia are excellent and responsive hosts. and I shared a lovely conversation. Beautiful rooftop deck to enjoy coffee and wine. As a solo female traveler I felt comfortable walking back late at night. Streets are well lit. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

It's a free breakfast and snack service, but I wanted to replenish my vitamins, so I thought it would be perfect if I had fresh oranges or apples.

The hotel owner kindly provided us with some guidelines for sightseeing in Florence so we would know how to get around from the beginning. There are also delicious restaurants and cafes nearby. You could have a drink anytime, which was nice too. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and I slept well. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay.

Location 20 mins walk from centre of city so quiet. Roof terrace. Staff full of advice regards excellent restaurants etc., best locations to visit and shop. Comfortable lounge area. Bakery/wine shop/general store two mins away. Three excellent Tratorria five mins away. Central Market 13 mins away where many food stalls open into the evening. Excellent value.

Loved the accommodation in a quiet residential street with a fab roof terrace. The beds were comfy, great shower and everything was very clean, even had a coffee machine in room! The hosts were very friendly and gave us great recommendations of where to go, restaurants etc. Couldn't fault it and would definetely stay here again

David and his wife were incredible hosts. They were always available through Whatsapp to help with anything we needed and gave us incredible suggestions for restaurants, sites to see, etc. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Although we didn't spend much time in them, the public spaces were also very comfortable (and there's an amazing rooftop with beautiful views of the city!!).

I was very lucky to spend my birthday at this beautiful B&B. The entry was through two massive wooden doors and then up the elevator to the top two floors of an 18th century, the B&B oozed charm and attention to detail. The terrace on the roof provided a magnificent rooftop view of the city, where an abundant breakfast was served every morning. Our host Daniele was so welcoming and attentive; he was an excellent and memorable host. The rooms were beautifully apportioned in a period style, and the area was thankfully just beyond the packed city centre. I can't wait to come back.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The recommendations they gave us for lunch, dinner and drinks were all excellent. Quiet and comfortable B&B, really felt like home. We absolutely loved having our coffee on the roof terrace! Truly unforgettable experience :)

The only suggestion I can think of is to paint the bath ceiling. In Europe they don’t have top sheets so I wake up during the night very hot… perhaps they should just use the duvet cover ?

The room was spacious and medieval feeling. The mattress was firm which we like and the shower was spacious also. Our hosts were wonderful! They are friendly, helpful and kind. After returning at night we had a glass of wine on the rooftop and enjoyed the view! Oh and most important is the windows had screens!

This was one of the best experiences I've had in a B&B. For starters, the location was great. It was just out of the busy city centre, but still nearby most famous sights. The breakfast was also delicious. There is a lot of choice, and they will bring everything to your table. The view from the roof terrace is also amazing. They also have something that's called the 'honesty bar'. So you grab yourself a drink and then you can write it down on a note so you can pay for it later. They also have nice snacks and soda's, for free. And the best of all, the owners are really really nice. They are always there if you need anything and love to help you. They know a lot about the city, and they can also recommend you a lot of great restaurants (and make reservations). I can recommend this place to anyone!

Alessia and Daniella are incredible hosts. They go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a comfortable stay. My husband and I stayed at 6 different places during our honeymoon in Switzerland and Italy. This was our last stop and by far the best place we stayed. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is included and very filling - a great way to start the day. The rooftop terrace is a great way to relax with your own bottle of wine and enjoy the views. This was much better than a hotel in our opinion. It also has AC which was huge. Lastly, it is very clean.
