The apartment qas very cute, very authentic. The location was perfect, right in the city centre and the host was very friendly and responsive. Will definitely be back.

It can be very noisy during the evening and in the early morning because of people making noise in the street and garbage being collected at dawn. Nothing earplugs won't solve, but worth keeping in mind when packing :)

Location wise, there probably isn't a better place to stay. The apartment is in the center of Lecce, but on a small road rather than on the main busy streets. Everything you need is at a max 15 Min walk distance. The apartment is located on the ground floor, but has a sturdy iron gate on the front door and window that made me feel safer as a female traveller at night. Andrea is very attentive to every need! I locked myself outside the apartment and he was able to solve the problem in less than 2 minutes. I highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately I didn't have a good sleep, you can hear absolutely everything from the street, every step like if it was inside. It's not a place for light sleepers.

Kitchen is not good to use even cook a simple breakfast. Most Italy hosts supplied basic water and coffee but here not, especially our first night is Halloween hard to buy. The house is next to the alley, and there is noise from cars or people at night can't sleep well.

Very good and cosy design. You can find what you need. There are lots of city maps. Like it. The house is in old town. So when someone passes by your room you can hear everything. I think it is very good experience. The house owner is very helpful. Recommended!

Not much natural light, but you should be out exploring during the day anyway! Only one burner in the kitchen, but it works very well and does the trick for simple meals.

Great location. Helpful host. It's a very well laid out studio - everything you need (iron, hair dryer, well stocked kitchen, heated drying rack). You can tell Andrea has thought through the details of what makes a comfortable stay. Would recommend staying here.

THis place was outstanding value in a quiet yet central location in a lane without cars. Check-in instructions were very clear, the apartment was small but functional and modern. We were worried about parking, but using the recommendations provided we easily found a park a about 3-400m away every time. It was the perfect base for exploring Lecce.

I went during August, and the outside temperature was quite hot. The house does not have AC, but does have a fan. I could have slept with the window open. However, there was noise whenever somebody passed by. Therefore, during the night it was a little bit hot. The kitchen is well equipped, but is lacking some utensils to cook.

The house was amazing. The location couldn’t be better. The host was very nice and very attentive to my needs. I would definitely stay in this house again My “what I didn’t like” comment is nothing that would prevent from going again

The design of the apartment was really nice! The picture must have been taken before the renovation, because it looks even better 😊 The owner was very nice and let us checkin earlier, when we asked if we can leave our luggage around noon. The apartment is in a very good location if you want to sightsee - close to the historic city center and from train station. It had everything we needed. It is a pity that we only stayed there for one night and hope to come back.

Being located on the ground floor you have to be open to accepting ppl peeping inside in evenings or even hearing full conversations of strangers. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, toaster, etc but some basic requirements were missing like a drying rack for the washed dishes and ladles for cooking. The drying rack is also something the owner should consider for saving the span of the kitchen platform.

The apartment is nice and rustic in appearance. The bathroom is spacious and offers all the basic utilities. The apartment is also well ventilated, you can keep the windows and doors open with the outer door locked for ventilation while cooking. It's a perfect space for two people.
