The house and the apartment is really nice, clean and quiet.. There is nothing what should be better. We were very happy there and will be glad to be back.

Very nice and clean flat. Well furnished. Very convenient location. Great facilities, such as the entrance to the spa in sterzing. DIeter was a very pleasant host.

Amazing, warm and comfortable accomodation. Everything is well appointed and equipped. Wonderful location in a picturesque village. Communication with Dieter the host excellent. Free tourist buses around the surrounding valleys a fabulous bonus!

Nothing to complain about.

This home like apartment had everything one family needs for a comfortable vacation. Free Parking, location, view from windows and balcony, facilities, coupons for swimming and sauna. List is big to write all here.

I wish there had been a “map” in the apartment with notes about businesses and their hours. Google doesn’t know everything. There was a market that was “open,” but it wasn’t. There was a “bakery,” which was more like a VERY small market with VERY limited “baked” goods. We were there in mid May. The “village/town” was very quiet which was lovely except when you’re looking for food or something to do within walking distance. It would have been nice to have a “guide” to take us on a half day, nearby hike.

The train station was a brief 5 minute walk, but with a large checked baggage and carryon bag up an asphalt hill was a challenge. Going back to the train station was easier. It helped having train station close by without a car and no Uber or taxi’s available. Less than 10 minutes by train, Vipiteno had Lidl Market, coffee shops with bakeries, gelato shops, and restaurants. The laundry room on the 3rd floor was wonderful. The host, Dieter, was very helpful in explaining how to use the machines (Miele). The apartment had many different coffee making methods. Loved the KitchenAid toaster. Perfect toast every time. No oven, but there is a dishwasher. We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was plenty for 4 people. one bedroom had 2 twin beds, wardrobe, small desk with ottoman seat, and an “attached” bathroom with shower. The other bedroom had 2 large beds wardrobes, a queen size bed, and 2 twin beds. There was a second bathroom with shower across from the kitchen which had a small table, 2 chairs and a small bench seat. There was another larger table with bench seating and chairs. There was a sofa (which I think makes into a bed?) and a chair for watching the flat screen television- we watched Netflix at night. We were also about 550 meters (1/3 mile) from the only consistently open restaurant- Ristorante Pizzeria Europa. Great pizza, good food, friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere.

There was not much to make better. Everything was set up just great according to our needs.

The place was absolutely suitable for our needs. In village, there is a small shop, where we could find all wee needed. The extra bonus of free tickets to the swimming pool were just great for us and for our kids as well.

The apartment was super-clean! It is located in very well maintained old house. The host was such a nice person who offered us any help, but we really didn't need anything extra because apartment already had everything we need. There was even the laundry room with the washing machine and dryer we could use. As a bonus we got coupons for the spa centre so we were going there almost every night for swimming pool and saunas. Beautiful ski slopes are just 5 minutes away. Such a wonderful holiday experience! We are already thinking of going back next year! Thank you Dieter!

No oven in the kitchen only microwave a little fridge not suitable for all the possible occupancies.
