The apartment is very old and needs full renovation. Also could be cleaner. And sofa bed is absolutely not possible to sleep on.

Amazing views, nice location - still possible to park the car for free, but only 10 minutes away by feet to the oldtown. Very nice and helpful hosts.

Stunning views, great hosts and instant warm water from the shower - these alone would have done it for me but literally everything else was on point too. The apartment has everything you need and the location was peaceful but still close to the center (stairs are not bad at all). Andrea was kind enough to drive us to the grocery store and ferry when we were leaving, he was always ready to help with anything. This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway from the big city rush!

Excellent view from this place. Centre is easily accessible, but be prepared to walk steps or use a long route avoiding steps. Bed was low as we are used to high beds, but comfortable

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, we decided to use the mattress on the floor.

The apartment was close to Bellagio center but still in quiet area. It was nice stairway to town, lighted at night. There was possibility to spend time in the garden - tables, chairs and sunbeds. The view from garden was stunning. Probably there was also option to use washing machine but we didn't used. All our questions got answers very quickly - missing wine glass came in 2 minutes, very good service!

If you arrive in Bellagio by boat you need to ensure someone will pick you up from terminal. There is no taxi service available.

Fantastic location, free parking on site, wonderful and large rooms and bathroom (kitchen/living room separate from bedroom). Great views from rooms! Staff was super helpful; family owned and operated. Would stay here every time we visit!

There wasn't quite enough sleeping space for our four but we made due. We decided that we should start counting our 14 year old son as an adult!

There were ants inside the apartment mainly in the kitchen area and also some spiders. The dining area didn't look too clean as had some dust.

The apartment was spacious, had adequate facilities. The place was close to the centre however would not recommend if you have difficulty walking as you are required to take a lot of steps up to the property.

Although it was in a beautiful location Enabling you go see both sides of the lake. The walk back to it is insane. If you aren’t fit or of an elderly age you honestly will struggle to get back there. A car/moped is essential.

The property was beautiful and very peaceful baring the dogs over the road that bark at anything going past.

The door lock was a bit difficult to lock, and the lighting is a bit poor.

Most of the furniture is really old and since you have the garden, you cannot open the windows without having all the bugs coming inside and the biggest issue was the overall stale smell

There was a few maintenance things that I alerted the staff to on our departure. There no screens on windows which was hard because with no aircon & hot nights, we had to have windows open & got quite a lot of mosquito bites. Our bed rolled in middle so wasn’t overly comfortable.

Lovely spot up on the hill with nice garden area and lake views. Good size apartment, clean & had most things needs for a 5 night stay. We have been travelling for a of couple of month so great to have washing machine & quite well equipped kitchen. Staff were lovely and super helpful.

The easiest access to the apartments were up a large set of cobbled steps. I had read this before booking and don’t mind a challenging walk at all so this didn’t bother me, but just something to consider if this is something that would be an issue.

The apartment had everything I needed for the stay and was brilliant value for money considering it’s proximity to the town centre (just a 10 minute walk). Marco was very helpful and welcoming and even offered to collect me on my arrival into Bellagio. The apartments are on beautiful surroundings and have a lovely outside areas to relax if the weather permits and a lovely view of the lake.

We found the bed uncomfortable so dragged the mattress onto the floor. The (very pleasant) owner said he hadn’t had any other complaints so maybe it was just us.

Great location. Decent sized room, hot showers. Lovely views and close to the centre of Bellagio. Unfortunately we didn’t get to sit on the lovely terrace as it was too cold.

sound travels a bit between apartments, however we were lucky and the other guests were respectful .

The apartment was spacious with all of the necessary amenities. It was close enough to the centre of town without being too touristy. Andre was very welcoming.
