They could use a doormat and a washing up sponge but that is all we could think of- otherwise brilliant!

The location of this property is outstanding, it really is only 10 minutes into the centre of Bellagio (maybe 15 minutes on the way back because of the stairs), and a really lovely walk through cobbled streets with beautiful views. We stayed in the ground floor apartment which was extremely spacious, perfect for our dog, it was also perfectly clean, the bathroom was perfect with a very powerful shower and hot water consistently, there was a hairdryer which was really helpful, the bed was comfortable and the bedroom had both a fan and extra blankets and pillows to make it even more comfortable if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked, we cooked dinner there one evening and found everything we needed to do so. The apartment has a beautiful garden that wraps all the way around the property, not only was this brilliant for our puppy, but it also had plenty of outside seating for all the guests, as well as spacious but also neat parking areas. There is access to a washing machine, unfortunately during our stay the washing machine broke, we had been travelling for a while so it was really important for us to be able to wash our clothes during this stay so while they were fixing it the hosts kindly washed our clothes in their house and hung it out to dry for us while we were exploring during the day! So kind and so helpful we were so appreciative! The hosts are unbelievably helpful, very communicative and responsive, they showed us around and explained how to get around. Really excellent service and a fantastic stay we couldn’t have asked for more!

Great quite location, approximately 10minutes walking distance from bellagio city center (there are a lot of steps but that is everywhere in bellagio and the walk is quite nice). The apartments are clean, there is a beautiful garden all around. Wifi is very good as well

Everything was perfect. Easy to find, free private parking. A great view, and close to Bellagio center, about 10 minutes by foot. There are of course a lot of stair that you need to climb to get back from Bellagio to the apartment but we were ready for that. The apartment is very clean, with full kitchen, comfortable bed, good wifi, hot water and all you need. I will definitely come back here in case I will visit Como again. So - A great place to book

Lovely area with an amazing view from all windows and the balcony. It had everything we could need in the apartment and was overall just a really great choice to stay here. Our host was extremely helpful and interested in what we were getting up to on different days, and also offered advice on the best places to go for food and drinks, very very friendly.

The windows did not have any curtains, only net curtains. So the bright sun woke us up at the crack of dawn!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had exceptional views of the lake and it was nice & quiet. The apartment itself was also nice & clean. Marco was also a very good host and was kind enough to pick us up from the bus stop in the pouring rain!

The property was lovely and spacious and had all the amenities you may need. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts Marco and his brother Andres were so helpful and accommodating. They kindly gave us lifts from the town on arrival and to the ferry port upon check out. However, we did go during quiet season so understandably this may not be available all the time. Andres gave us lots of recommendations and guidance to exploring Lake Como allowing us to navigate the area easier. There was a small issue with the shower which the host fixed really quickly so it didn’t affect our stay at all. The location of the property is amazing, lovely views from our window of the town and more views around the property which were beautiful during sunset/sunrise time. Would definitely stay here again.

Lots of stairs to the nearby village. We got some exercise. The road coming into the village is at best 1-1/2 lanes wide with lots of blind curves so need to be careful if driving.

The generosity and hospitality of the staff was exceptional. Communication prior to arrival was fast and proactive. They even offered to pick me up from the ferry terminal and provide a lift to the apartment (saving me lugging my suitcase up the many stairs to the apartment). Although it’s a little removed from The centre of Bellagio and the lake edge, it was a great location and still had a beautiful view of the lake from the apartment window.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Way bigger than the photos and with mountain views. They also had washing machine available on the site, which was helpful as we were traveling from other place. Marco was very sweet and helpful! He was there to greet us and give the tour. The location was close to the center and a 15 min walk. Wear comfy shoes as the path is made of cobblestone and in the night, it's pretty dark. Bellagio is absolutely beautiful and you can take the ferry to other towns. It's meant for a more quiet and laid back getaway so it's a nice escape from city life.

There are quite a few steps you have to take to get back to the apartment from the town, not a massive issue but just something to consider if you have mobility needs

The apartment was clean and had a great space. Bed was comfy and it was close to all the restaurants of the town of bellagio within a 10 mins walk. There was quite a few steps (125) down to the town which could be challenging for people with mobility issues. The apartment came with amazing views of the mountains especially as sunrise!!! Quiet location meaning a peaceful night sleep too. Couldn’t fault it for a good value stay in Bellagio

Our stay was excellent start to finish, Marco is a brilliant host with very quick communication throughout, he even picked us up from the ferry which was a very nice tough after a long travelling trip, the villa was lovely and clean and we will definitely be back to visit this property.

Fan for cooling was not adequate. Aircon is needed for the Italian summer. Some oil for cooking would be good.

Close to Bellagio town. Yes, there are a few stairs to walk up, but it took us 10ish mins, so not too bad. Lots of free, private parking available and friendly, responsive hosts. Large, comfy bed. Generous sized apartment with full kitchen and bathroom - washing machine was a great addition.

If you don’t handle AC well, this may not be for you. Personally, I had no trouble as the apartment windows open and a fan was provided for additional comfort. When weather was cool, there were no issues with the temperature but could get hot.

Spacious, clean, proximity to town center was incredible but enjoyed staying in a quieter area. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment if needed. Marco and Andrea were incredible hosts and even helped us navigate the ferries and other places we wished to go.

The property had a beautiful view, it was an easy walk into town (a bit harder up the stairs on the way back but nothing we couldn’t handle). I think an air conditioner would have been handy for the summer heat. However we did have a fan which was great! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this again
