It is far away from Venice town and you you want a busy life don’t stay at that area

The bar below the apartments is open till 3AM, so for someone it might be a bit disruptive.

A kind owner always willing to help; great location; supermarket below where you can find everything; apt. equipment; possibility of an earlier check-in and a later check-out; washing maschine if needed.

somewhat squeaky beds, no mosquito net on the windows / balcony doors, the suite we stayed in (4 people) had no door to separate the two bedrooms.

Great location, restaurant and grocery store downstairs, access to the beach (10 minute walk) through a campground, secure parking.

Everything is ok, but you can never be sure about your neighbours (as well as in any other place)

Very helpful staff, quick at response. Clean, comfortable rooms, cosy solarium with bath tubes. Not far from the beach. Supermarket and a restaurant on the ground floor. Very good for a family vacation, has a barbecue and sports stuff for rent.

Excellent stay at Appartmenti Vanin. Excellent location for a walk to the beach or a 15 minute boat ride to St Marks Square, Venice. Reasonably priced supermarket below the appartments which has lots of choice. Also the Vanin restaurant next door offers a huge selection of quality Italian food 👌 perfecto.

This season there was a huge amount of mosquitoes... but being careful and having some repellent helped.

We haven't had a single negative aspect to our stay :))

Amazing localization right beside a camping place, we got cards that allowed us to pass through it with no issues (hence it took max 10mins to get to the sea) . Parking space was secure and with trees that provided some shadow to the cars. The kitchen was well equiped, so was the rest of the room. In the same building, on the ground floor there is a great supermarket with all sorts of necesities. All of the staff we'd met were very helpful and nice, never refusing to assist or answer some of our questions. Jacuzzi on the top of the building were a nice addition as well. We cannot find something that bothered us, we will certianly go back if we get the chance.

This is the second time we stayed here since we just couldn't find anything comparable anywhere else Apartments are super well equipped and it feels like home Everything you need is right at your doorstep Supermarket and Restaurants just downstairs Overall all the facilities are great - playground incl. basketball net and Tabletennus in the garden, hot tub on the roof Perfect stay with a dog Absolutely dog friendly and 10min walk to the dog beach We didn't go this time but Venice is just a 20min boat ride from the ferry terminal (10min by car or 30-40min walk check in is in the supermarket and the staff is very friendly

The place is a 20-30 min walk from the nearest ferry station with no option for private taxi etc. It might be a bit inconvenient for people traveling with kids without their own car.

The hotel is located very close to the beach and was a perfect place for a 2 night stay. The room had ample space for the family and all the kitchen utilities for cooking meals. The hotel is located above a supermarket which made it very convenient to get all the essentials for cooking.

Travel to the Valporetto was difficult. either an hour’s walk or a taxi that we had to phone as there is no taxi rank outside the apartment/campsite. It cost €10 each way but a bus serves the main road it’s a shame it doesn’t do a 5 minute loop to serve this region.

Good location for the beach. Good restaurant and supermarket within complex.

Bathroom/restroom was obviously built for people with disabilities or very old people in mind. Toilet/bide/whatever was very uncomfortable !

- Very close to the Punta Sabbioni vaporetto (Water bus) station. Although it is only 25min. of light walk from the appartment, i recomend you to park your car inside private parking (archeggio da Bepy) for just 5€ per day. Believe me, your legs will appriciate that decision when you return from daily Venice tour. 😄 - There are ticket machines and Venezia Unica selling point for daily transportation tickets, 25€ per person. Line 15 is going direct to the Venice but last in the morning is at 7:58 ! Be at least 15 mins. before departure if you intend to board yourself. Line 14 goes every 30 min. and travel time is 10 min. longer. - Private locked parking inside apparmtent facility. - Supermarket, prices were really correct. Everything you need is there except bread, late in the evening. Opening hours are from 8:00 till 19:30 with some break around 14:00, don't remember exactly. - Who needs more, LIDL is not so far from that place. - Restaurant with fantastic pizza's made in less than 10 min. from paying. We ordered and bring them to the appartment. - Coperto is 1.5€ per person if you stay and eat at their restaurant. - If you stay over at least one night in any appartment inside Municipality of Venice and plan to visit Venice then you do not need to pay special tax introduced this year. Some guests came in the middle of the night, first they woke up the whole neighbourhood, then they went inside, argued, screamed, behaved like a Venezuelan soap opera, and made sure nobody slept in the whole house anymore. Some guests think you have to eat their sh** just because they are full of it. I reported the incident to the owner and I hope they will let those people know what others think of them.

For this price - to be so close to Venice with your own parking, your own park with bbq area, decent room (who cares if it's cheaper-than-ikea furniture as long as it's clean and new), your own balcony, jacuzzi on terrace, next to the beach ... Not to mention a supermarket and a restaurant on bottom floor ... Come on! Excellent value for money.
