Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SwitzerlandYou can hear simply everything from the neighbors rooms. You have to walk quite a bit from the lobby. Cabras it self is very quiet and has no sea access.
The breakfast is simply outstanding! With really homemade bakery and fresh & good quality foods.

ItalyThis property is worth a 10, but fails with breakfast service. All looks very elegant but not much choice and when items finish no pro-activity towards refurbishing. Various guests had to ask for missing foods, and some food types had terminated rather early during the service. A pity.
Beautiful property. All very well curated and kudos to the designer. Seems more like a private villa or suites and the garden areas spectacular.

SwitzerlandWe stayed for one night during our roadtrip, the location was really nice (however note that the hotel is dispatched in 4 buildings in the village, all within a few meters but you need to walk out to the breakfast area for example :) the room was big and nicely decorated, the garden and pool area are lovely, and the breakfast with a view on the old church was enjoyable as well.

interesting concept that can help small villages to restore houses and have a better life. Rooms were comfortable and big enough.
