Location was perfect, especially if using Florence as a base for traveling around the region or otherwise traveling by train or bus. Easy check-in process and communication with staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Would stay again.

Very well located in city of Florence!. The responsable of the place is a very kind person and nothing is out of place. The beds and pillows are super confortable and the rooms are really nicely decorated. The Price is fair for what you're getting, specially in such a high demanded city as Florence.

Location is perfect few minutes from central station . Bed extremely comfortable suitable for Florence as you will walk a lot. Every thing was great.

The bathroom was small and has no windows, therefore it gets very humid in there. A mini-refrigerator would have been a great addition to the room. Even though the hotel is a quiet one, the noises from outside tend to get a bit louder at night because the walls are not very sound proof.

The hotel has an awesome location, very close to the city center. The room even though was a bit small, it was comfortable and has a very good price-quality ratio. The staff was welcoming and very nice. I definitely recommend this accommodation if someone is looking for a few days trip in Florence! 😉 Grazie mille! 😊

Room was very clean, air condition worked very good. Perfect location, 10 minutes to the Santa Maria Del Fiore. I highly recommend this place for those, who want to explore the beauty of Florence.

Rather uninviting entrance to the building with dark passageway, unprepossessing stone staircase and tiny lift. Thin bedroom walls. I didn't like the fact that there were no permanent staff on the premieses. And I think if a property is going to offer breakfast, somebody needs to be there to "host" it and supervise it. The "help yourself" concept may sound good on paper but, in reality, it's a rather joyless and depressing experience.

The location in the old town area of Florence was both convenient and pleasant. And the accommodation was satisfactory. On the couple of occasions that I saw the owner, he was very pleasant. And I appreciated the fact he texted me in advance to say he wouldn't be around when I checked in -and provided helpful and very exact instructions as to how to let myself in to the building and apartment.

The room feels crammed and the shower is also quite small. The simple, unsecure room key and the lack of an internal lock on the room door didn’t help much.

Very close to train station. Personnel was also helpful and nice. The elevator is old and tiny but quite fun.

It is really expensive hotel in comparison with facilities that provides,the elevator is very dangerous for disabled people or old people.The rooms were freezing cold.the water pressure was very low and water almost cold,I did not enjoy taking bath at all.No bidet or Hoze.very thin blanket in a cold room.no safe box, sensors for lamps in stairs which were also dangerous. Very simple breakfast with mostly unhealthy items,no egg,no cheese, no baken.I paid this price for much better hotels in Turkey,Dubai and even Milan and Rome.The matter is that the water system in the street had a problem because 2 days ,there was a really bad sewage water smell that was disgusting. And I am sure there was a problem with water in the area since I got very stitching skin after taking a shower.

The room was very small and not cleaned properly. The location was great, but if you travel by car, be ready to pay at least €20 for parking/day. The owner is friendly and recommended us the best/cheapest place to park.

Drinks at the breakfast. For this price, I would expect a regular coffee, juice and bread. Only toasted bread and couldn't drink the rest. The bathroom was very tiny.

The elevator is very tiny. ( You can barely fit two luggages + yourself). The bed headboard had a few little pieces of wood poking out . The floor wasn't even and paint was chipping. The bathroom was super tiny. If you are tall, it's not comfortable at all.

The staff was wonderful. Helped us with our luggage when leaving. Great little breakfast. AC in room was working. Good location, easily accessible close from the train station

This place feels more like a hostel or guest house, rather than a B&B. Walls are very thin, and with noisey people in adjacent rooms, air-conditioning is also very noisey. I would definitely recommend bringing a pair of ear plugs. Mattress was very firm. Despite being hot, air conditioning in common areas was never on. Could use a common use laundry facility, and mini fridges and safes in the rooms.

Fantastic location, very clean, friendly host, breakfast was included (ample but not fantastic). Air-conditioning in rooms worked well to cool rooms down quickly upon return. Rooms are well sized.
