The shuttle service is not frequent enough into the city and there is not enough space in the shuttles for the number of people at the hotel, I was charged €5 pp each way which I didn’t expect as I thought it was a complimentary service. Apart from that, no complaints, highly recommended

Modern rooms, clean, lots of space. Staff are friendly, it’s got lovely garden and pool . Restaurants have lots of options and it’s well priced

The hairdryer was a disaster. It is a big hotel and we kind of missed a more personal and warm service.

Beautiful hotel with fab spa. Nicest spa hotel we have stayed in. 2 pools, saunas, steam rooms and just a fantastic chill atmosphere!! Easiest way from airport was by taxi. Public transport was to first go into city and then travel out. Hotel is located about 30 minute drive from city centre, but lovely and relaxing after a busy day sight seeing. Taxi from hotel about €20. Also hotel shuttle buses a few times a day at an additional charge. We also used the tram, which was about 10 minute walk (not the best maintained footpath!). Tram goes right into centre of city. Breakfast was continental style - loads to choose - breads, pastries, yogurts, fruit, coffee and juices. Also small hot selection. Room was a great size and really comfortable. Hotel staff were so helpful and pleasant and professional. Didn't eat on hotel, apart breakfast. We discovered a little restaurant https://trattoriadacesare.it/ - just past the tram stop. Excellent Italian food - with mostly local customers. Need to book in advance!!

unfortunately restaurant for dining wasn’t available for dinner. Being that staff is off Monday and Tuesday. however, you can have Breakfast buffet 6am-10:30am every day. the hotel Fell below on lacking of service outdoor by the upper bar lounge and terrace. lounge Staff management could either be replaced or retrained. Some of the staff were attentive but not much to say for the mangers or supervisors. drinks delayed over 18 minutes. Food by upper terrace could be much better include protein as well.

Prime location near airport and city center about 18 minutes drive. the most important part is QUIET and beautiful green area and view.

There wasn't much around in walking distance in terms of local shops and restaurants so we ate out in the main city area when visiting for excursions but would have loved to visit a more local restaurant with a more authentic feel. The dinner buffet was lovely but if having more often becomes repetitive, changes to the menu would be nice.

The hotel was lovely and welcoming. Room was spacious with lovely big windows and a nice view. Loved the glass water bottle with a refill station nearby. The spa was marvelous as was the bar and snacks area, having lunch at the bar was a great option when we didn't fancy a big meal. We used the gym which was well thought out and provided good facilities, especially for workout hygiene. The grounds were lovely for a walk.

The grounds are beautiful. Hotel was clean rooms were big, clean and comfortable. It was great to escape the business of Rome to a quiet clean hotel.

The staff were super friendly and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. They helped with suggestions of places to go. And were really accommodating for all we asked.

Location with a car you need between 20 to 30 min to get to the center.

The staff were extremely friendly and provided very good service. They also did an upgrade for us to the best room which was simply amazing! The room was very well-kept & clean and the return shuttle bus service to the city was very prompt and good.

How comes that 2 mornings in row 8.00 A.M sharp starts the cutting grass process till 11.00A.M with the most noisy machine ever😱😱😱😱😱 people come to hotel to relax especially in the morning. How comes with a fantastic yard and 24 ° weather in the terrace of the breakfast instead of listening birds you have to listen only this stupid noisy machine cutting grass . Is this so difficult to plan it after morning and breakfast time ??????????.? Breakfast close to the end you struggle to fill even water becasue everything is ended and you have to ask staff permanently to fill with food or juice. If there is a time table it does ' mean.that close to this time there is notthing to eat. I do not understand why some days there is fresh orange juice is some days not we paid equally for each day didn't we 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Hope somebody in customer care read this as its not the first time I am writting about it !!!!!!!!!

Hotel facilities are ok, service is good staff polite and helpfull.
