The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the open mini bar. If you stay here, be sure to get the hotel breakfast. It is the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel, ever.

Highly recommend the Artemide Hotel. It’s in a great location for exploring Rome. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The staff are extremely good and made our stay a memorable one. The restaurant and bar on the 7th floor are worth staying in for. Great food in a lovely setting with excellent service.

Returning to the hotel requires walking uphill a little, sometimes may be difficult with small children :)

Pretty hard to fault anything in this property

Location was excellent, staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Ivan in particular was hilarious and a real charming character. Breakfast quality, quantity and staff were fantastic. The time for breakfast is great 7.30 - 10.30. Rooftop bar and restaurant is a real asset and the quality of the meals and service was very high. The room are quiet which is important.

Honestly, nothing to report. I'd probably stay here again if I return to Rome unless I just really wanted to try something different.

All the staff was friendly, attentive, & helpful (front desk, breakfast, cleaning, restaurant). The room was small but nice and exceeded our requirements for a week. The included breakfast was good with diverse selections. The mini bar items were all complimentary; I travel a lot and I don't ever recall seeing that. We returned to the room on the night of my wife's birthday to find a complimentary bottle of champagne, an excellent & unexpected surprise. The location is great too. We stayed for seven days and walked everywhere. You can reach most of the hot spots within about thirty minutes of walking (Colosseum, Forum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon to name a few). Go the the top of Monumento a Vittorio Emanuelle II for a great view. A walk to the Vatican is about an hour. We did take a taxi there once because we had a 0730AM tour but walked there when we went back another day. The hotel front desk arranged for the taxi. There is a train station within about a ten-minute walk if you need it but we never felt the need. The hotel also offered to arrange a private car to the airport on our departure, another appreciated gesture. It was 60 Euro (72 Euro due to our early 530AM pickup) and well worth the money. The driver was there on time and it was a van able to accommodate several people with luggage. The restaurant at the top of the hotel is also great (Ambrosia). We had some of our best meals there. When asked, the waiter recommended a red wine for us (one of the cheapest bottles on the menu) that was superb. We got the same bottle on our next visit (Opalia Tintilla del Molise). I especially enjoyed the Tagliatelle with Duck Ragout, Juniper, & Orange Julienne.

The only downside was that the shower tended to flood.

The breakfast buffet was excellent in both choice and freshness; and the staff both in the breakfast room and at the desk were very personable and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and the mini bar was free. We also had dinner our first night at Ambrosia their rooftop restaurant and both the food and service were excellent. It was a very “foodie” experience.
