Room size was a bit tight for two people with luggage, but this is minor. No other issues at all.

Breakfast food was excellent, location was great, staff was very friendly, public transport was nearby and most attractions were walking disctance. The overall experience was great.

They really stand apart from all other hotels with the little things they did to make us feel welcome. Loved the free drink on the roof top bar. Loved the free drinks in the room fridge. The breakfast was amazing. The service was top of the line. Loved that there was a seating area where we could play a game, drink a cup of free tea when we didn’t want to be in our room, and still needed a break from being a tourist outside. I wish more of our days in Rome had been at this property.

When in Rome we will always stay at this hotel. Absolutely perfect. The best breakfast in all of Italy. Wonderful staff. No complaints whatsoever. Close to all kinds of public transport. Not a very long walk to the old town.

Having to leave it! We wanted a second night there but there was no availability. I can understand why now.

Everything! The welcome, decor and facilities. It was a 5 star experience from start to finish. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Prosecco vouchers for a welcome drink in the bar which we enjoyed along with it petit salmon sandwich snacks. The selection of tea and biscuits, the complimentary drinks in the fridge, the dinner in roof top restaurant and enjoyable spa experience. The breakfast! Well I’ve never seen such an array of fruit, all of my favourites and more. The selection was amazing. We loved every part of this stay.

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the open mini bar. If you stay here, be sure to get the hotel breakfast. It is the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel, ever.

Highly recommend the Artemide Hotel. It’s in a great location for exploring Rome. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The staff are extremely good and made our stay a memorable one. The restaurant and bar on the 7th floor are worth staying in for. Great food in a lovely setting with excellent service.

Pretty hard to fault anything in this property

Location was excellent, staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Ivan in particular was hilarious and a real charming character. Breakfast quality, quantity and staff were fantastic. The time for breakfast is great 7.30 - 10.30. Rooftop bar and restaurant is a real asset and the quality of the meals and service was very high. The room are quiet which is important.

Nothing really, everything was perfect

There’s no enough words to describe the hotel, location is great close to all attractions, close to the termini station.. room is clean and has all equipments you need, breakfast is just right and they are very generous.
